I continued my research study in France where I have obtained M.Sc (as major) and PH.D (with honors) degrees in Power Electronics in 1995 and 1998 respectively. Between 1997 and 1998 I was a contractual teacher-researcher at Claude Bernard University (UCBL)-Lyon-France. From 1999 to 2003 I has been an assistant Professor with ENIS where I taught courses in the area of Power Electronics and Energy Conversion Systems. In 2003 I have received the Research Management Ability degree and I was an associate Professor with ENIS. My research interests are power semiconductor devices modeling, Renewable Energy systems modeling and design, Electrothermal and EMC-EMI phenomena modeling in power systems.. Since 2008, I m a professor with ENIS and the head of the research group (Power Electronics Group). In January and February 2011, I was a visitor professor with the INSA-Lyon University in France. I m the author of two patents related to Photovoltaic system use, many books for electrical engineering students in Power Electronics Area and More than 30 papers in journals and 40 publications in conferences. In addition I have supervised an important number of PH.D, M.Sc and research projects.
