Will there be any change in level of service? No There will be no visible change in service for QBRM customers. Will there be any differences in the way IMbA handles mail? No Mail processing will not change. Fluorescent bar code creates unique identifier, IMb with imbedded ZIP + 4/MID/STID What prevents pieces from being invoiced/counted twice? IMbA tracks invoicing at the piece level.
