2004 - a new interesting year for the Eide Group 2004 was a good year for the Eide Group. Numbers of new projects, successful accomplishment of these and equipment that function well are the keys to these results. Parbuckling of the bulk ship ROCKNES is the biggest and most prestigious project in the Group s history so far. This project was accomplished together with Smit International in a satisfactory and costeffective way that received recognitions. The flotel market has now recovered and presently better than ever. Both flotels are currently at work and constantly receiving inquiries. Escalation of shipyards in Norway and Europe has resulted in activity increased in the equipment section, something that gave us advantages. We are optimistic regarding the future, based on our firm belief that our many flexible solutions are well-suited for a large, global market.
