4 Equipment rails and accessories Surgical Workplaces Ideal for medical equipment MEDAP equipment rails and equipment mounts Everything from a one-stop shop: MEDAP equipment rails in accordance with EN 12218 and the matching accessories program allow rapid, space-saving and, above all, systematic accommodation and arrangement of medical equipment. The following components are available: Equipment rails 25 x 10 mm Equipment mounts in different versions Infusion stands with special accessories Pin-joint arm with tube holder Monitor shelves with trays Baskets and holders in stainless steel Bed curtains To suit all requirements: MEDAP equipment rails with a rail profile of 25 x 10 mm are available in standard lengths of 1 m, 2 m and 3 m. With a stable mechanical connection they can be linked up simply and securely to provide the ideal extension. In addition to this, MEDAP equipment rails are also available in individual lengths of up to 4 m just the job for a tailor-made equipment solution. High-quality materials: MEDAP equipment rails are made exclusively from first-class stainless steel. The hollow rail can take loads of up to 50 kg per pin, whereby the pins are at intervals of 50 cm. This amounts to a load capacity of 100 kg per meter. Especially simple assembly: MEDAP equipment rails can be fitted quickly and without any major effort horizontally to any wall, while local circumstances, including all systems, can also be taken into account. Special, two-part, black cover caps ensure especially simple, effortless mounting of the hollow rail as they are only clipped onto the wall after the equipment rails are fastened. The earth connection is also simple and uncomplicated to fit. If an extension is required, only the mechanical connections have to be ordered as accessories. End caps to close the ends of the rails are supplied. Mechanical connection for secure extension of equipment rails Firm grip: For equipment without a rail-mounted stand holder we recommend the use of an rail clamp. Two countersunk borings M5 at a distance of 22 mm ensure a reliable connection of the necessary equipment and secure fastening to an equipment rail 25 x 10 mm. The telescopic infusion pole of stainless steel can be adjusted in length from 1.15 m to 2.20 m to provide all of the necessary application heights quickly and simply. With an outer pole (ø 25 mm) and an inner pole (ø 18 mm) the telescopic infusion pole is fastened to equipment rails with a matching rail-mounted stand holder with a 25 mm boring. The complete stainless steel infusion stand consists of the telescopic infusion pole, a 4 x hook rail and a drip glass with holder. Robust rail-mounted stand holder to accommodate stand poles Tried and tested partner: In addition to the infusion stand with adjustable telescopic infusion pole, MAQUET also offers an infusion stand with an infusion pole of 1.60 m length. Thanks to the pole diameter of 25 mm, up to five infusion or syringe pumps may be attached simultaneously. Stable and robust: The rail-mounted stand holder is ideal for simple mounting of stand poles with 25 mm outer diameter to equipment rails of 25 x 10 mm. Every detail is just right: To suit every application the variable rail-mounted stand holder allows the flexible mounting of stand poles with 25 mm outer diameter to equipment rails over a length of 10 to 20 cm. This means that the distance between two equipment rails at different levels mounted, for example, on the wall and on a supply channel can be perfectly compensated. Two models are available and supplied with the matching white curtain rings and curtain clips. Equipment rail bed curtain: This model can be fitted on all the usual equipment rails. It is equipped with a wall support for extra stability. Swivel bed curtain for mounting on all the usual equipment rails Wall-mounted bed curtain: Here the bed curtain is mounted directly on the wall with the aid of a large wall mounting plate measuring approx. 150 x 150 mm. For maximum flexibility: Both bed curtains are distinguished by a convenient telescopic rail which moves easily and can be extended to a length of up to 150 cm. It can also be swivelled horizontally by 180 degree. Practical screen: The high-grade curtain is made of white, washable linen. It is 110 cm high and 190 cm long.
