Santa Marta s water delivery system Object Provide drinking water on a regular basis and increase the coverage and quality of this service in the city of Santa Marta, as well as improving the coverage and quality of wastewater management produced in the city. El Dorado 2 Airport Object Increase the operating capacity, competitiveness and development of the country's main airport. Procure a PPP project that integrates the existing El Dorado Airport with the new airport El Dorado II. The project should consider how it would be integrated Cundinamarca s light rail with the new airport to be built in the municipalities of Madrid and Facatativá. In the future South America should look to the airport as the main hub of passengers and cargo in the region. Approximate cost: 967 USD million

El CAN Renovation project Object Construction of a three building 16 floors eachcomplex where 6.000 government employees will be located. First construction of Ciudad CAN, an urban development plan that entails the renewal of an area of 213 acres. Project in planning stage. Current Status Project of public initiative procured by the Empresa Nacional de Renovación y Desarrollo Urbano Virgilio Barco Area: 104.000 m² Beggining: Second quarter of 2016.
