Integrated Management System (IMS) The IMS combines methods and tools to meet requirements from the various fields involved in corporate governance. As a manager, you are confronted with new information and hard facts about your business or its environment on a daily basis. These may directly or indirectly impact on the achievement of your goals. Project Portfolio Management The economic system is constantly compounding the complexity of the requirements imposed upon businesses. The rapidity of changes increases from year to year. In response, companies are increasingly launching projects or programs that, as far as possible, structure their approaches to shortand medium-term changes. Many countries have statutory requirements to prove the existence and effectiveness of an internal control system.
