James Connington is a Human Resource Management Specialist with the IPA. He has delivered training and consultancy in Ireland and internationally on a range of HR topics. James specialises in the fields of equality, diversity and intercultural communication. In addition he has played a key role in training and consultancy in the area of recruitment and selection and he has designed and delivered programmes in the field of dignity at work, in particular the area of workplace bullying and harassment. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and since 1993 has provided a HRM training & consultancy service to a wide range of clients in both the public & private sectors. Marie has had particular hands-on experience in the areas of recruitment & selection and performance appraisal and is accredited to administer a number of psychological instruments & management development tools. Marie also co-ordinates a suite of pensions administration training for the public sector & manages the IPA Pensions Forum for the Non-Commercial Semi State sector. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
