Ex timetable January 2017 Functional Skills, Projects, ELC, Qualifications and Credit Frework, Applied Generals and Technical Vocational Qualifications Timetable notes 1. Each ex must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. The published starting time of all exs is either 9.00 or 1.30. Students taking more than one ex in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between the exs taken consecutively at the discretion of the school or college. 2. Schools/colleges may start an ex up to 30 minutes before the published starting time without notifying AQA. 3. Schools/colleges may delay the starting time of an ex within the scheduled session without notifying AQA but students must be supervised from 9.30 for morning exs or 2.00 for afternoon exs. 4. For information on any other timetable variations, please refer to the JCQ Instructions for conducting exinations or contact AQA Exs Office Support. 5. Students must remain under supervision until 10.00 for morning exs and 2.30 for afternoon exs. For exs of less than one hour s duration, students must remain under supervision for a period equal to the duration of the ex after the published starting time shown on the timetable. 6. Some components require the issue of question papers, stimulus material or other information in advance of the normal timetable period. Schools/colleges should check the specification for information on the material required by students. 7. Any reading time specified for an ex is included in the time specified. 8. All controlled assessment and coursework marks must be submitted by 10 January 2017. Visit our website for information about carrying forward marks. 9. Functional Mathematics Level 1 (4367) and Level 2 (4367) pre-release material can be issued to students on or after 1 December 2016. 10. Functional ICT assessment for Level 1 (4527) and Level 2 (4528) may be conducted between 16 January 2017 and 20 January 2017. 11. The portfolios for Personal and Social Education (5800) should be submitted to the AQA moderator by 16 January 2017 and results will be available on 23 February 2017. 12. These are the only Applied General and Technical Vocational Qualification units available for exination in this series. The externally assessed units (D/507/6697, M/507/6641, H/507/6524, J/507/6614, L/507/6615) should be submitted by 3 February 2017. 13. Results for Applied General and Technical Vocational Qualifications will be available Monday 13 March 2017.
