Citrix Corporate Provisioning Tool Seamlessly integrate the Corporate solution with your existing support infrastructure. www.gotomypc.com

The Citrix Corporate Provisioning Tool is an out-of-box installable application that enables you to easily manage your Corporate account through your Light Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Active Directory. The Provisioning Tool can be used in conjunction with or as a flexible alternative to the Corporate hosted Administration Center by reading existing user account information directly from your LDAP or Active Directory to provision, suspend or delete corresponding Corporate users. Deployed locally at your site, the Provisioning Tool uses the secure-access methods of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol SSLv3 combined with the strong password-security protection of your Corporate administrator account to communicate with the hosted Administration Center. Streamline the entire account-management process Administrators are able to easily analyze and coordinate all Corporate account-management tasks using the Provisioning Tool. The entire provisioning process is streamlined by bypassing the manual method of maintaining accounts using the hosted Corporate Administration Center. Synchronize and audit all accounts The Provisioning Tool s powerful audit capabilities helps you satisfy the requirements of government acts such as HIPAA, the Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act (GLBA), USA Patriot Act Customer Identification Program and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act by verifying the activated Corporate user accounts, confirming that the accounts are properly synchronized and ensuring that account access is secure. Figure 1: Select users from your LDAP or Active Directory and create their Corporate accounts 2

Add Corporate users using your active directory or LDAP information ensure successful account management Using the Provisioning Tool s audit function, administrators can quickly determine which user accounts in Active Directory or LDAP need to have a corresponding Corporate account provisioned. New Corporate users can then be easily created by simply selecting users from a list displayed in the Provisioning Tool. The new Corporate user accounts are instantly created by utilizing the account information specified in Active Directory or LDAP. The ability to easily determine and quickly provision Corporate user accounts using Active Directory or LDAP account information ensures that accounts are successfully and correctly administered. Remove Corporate users using your Active Directory or LDAP Information The Provisioning Tool makes it easy to quickly delete Corporate user accounts of users who have left your organization by displaying all Corporate user accounts which do not have corresponding user accounts in your Active Directory or LDAP. Administrators can simply select users from the list and use the delete function to ensure that the Corporate user accounts are properly removed. This streamlined functionality provides a high level of security throughout your entire organization by identifying and eliminating the possibility of improper access to systems. Figure 2: Display Corporate users that are not in your LDAP or Active Directory system 3

Straightforward installation for quick deployment This installable application presents you with an easy, intuitive setup and provides you with an automatic method for viewing Active Directory, LDAP and Corporate account information. A user-friendly interface is provided for all functions: Audit users not in your Corporate account Audit users not in your Active Directory or LDAP Invite, suspend or delete Corporate users Synchronize users and groups Tool reads the account information maintained in your Active Directory or LDAP to manage your Corporate user accounts. Figure 3: User-friendly interface to access all Provisioning Tool functions Seamless integration with your existing infrastructure The Provisioning Tool contains an additional powerful feature designed to simplify integration with your account administration systems administrators can perform all of the Provisioning Tool s functions via command-line options. Using the Provisioning Tool as a series of simple command lines enables developers to easily build scripts to perform Corporate account administrative functions. The scripts or single command lines could then be integrated into your existing support applications. This provides you with the ability to create triggers to instantly perform Corporate administration tasks, such as deleting user accounts, based on the removal of an employee s primary account upon leaving the organization. 4

Conclusion The Provisioning Tool enables you to quickly get started administrating your Corporate account based on the existing account data in your Active Directory or LDAP. The easy installation and intuitive user interface provides an attractive alternative to using the hosted Administration Center for performing administration tasks. The powerful audit tools enable you to quickly add, suspend, update or delete Corporate groups, managers and users. The Provisioning Tool is also designed to be optionally integrated into your existing account management systems to streamline Corporate support tasks. This valuable integration option enables you to simplify and improve your Corporate account administration.
