Citrix Consulting tailors the solution and project approach to fit the needs of each customer. The following service offerings can be purchased through Citrix or your Citrix Solution Advisor. Contacting Citrix Consulting is strongly recommended to properly scope an enterprise engagement. Citrix NetScaler CS-NS-FIPS Implementation / Citrix NetScaler FIPS Implementation Services includes services for a single NetScaler high availability pair at one location. As part of the services, Citrix will: Configure Networking Settings for a FIPS NetScaler appliances including high availability Configure FIPS initialization into hardware including creation/importing of FIPS keys Implement DOD certificate; install DOD root certificate, and configure CRL or OCSP Configure Load Balancing and health checks for Web Interface Configure Load Balancing and health checks for XML Servers Configure Access Gateway in Secure Gateway Mode (ICA Proxy) or Full VPN Implement Access Scenarios for Browser and Receiver Access (Windows/MAC and Mobile Devices) Document Configuration and Design in memo format The following are not in scope: Load Balancing for applications not defined above SSL Offload for applications not defined above Clientless VPN Full VPN Smart Access including EPA and Access Control Access Gateway Configuration is limited to one VIP and one instance (on SDX platforms) LACP for SDX $13,340 Page 1

Service includes NetScaler SDX appliances at one location. Limit of One High Availability (5 SDX instances) chassis pair. Configure one NetScaler Gateway Site XenApp/XenDesktop in Basic ICA Proxy Mode (Max 2 Certificates) across instances. This includes Load Balancing/SSL Offload for XenApp/XenDesktop components including Web Interface/WiOnNS/StoreFront & XML Servers. Monitoring for these specific components will be configured as per Citrix defined best practices. Note: This is a remote offering. $1,800 MDM Mobile Policy Implementation / MDM Mobile Policy Implementation ensures that the security and compliance policies that a customer needs and wants are created and implemented properly within the customer s environment.
