Graduation Rate Report January 2016 Summary Four Year Graduation Rate (cohort rate for 2008 entrants) Minnesota Private College Council member institutions have long been leaders in graduating students in four years. Our 17 member institutions have a combined four year graduation rate of 66%. This compares to: o o o 51% at the University of Minnesota (all campuses), 58% at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and 23% at the Minnesota State 4 year Universities (MnSCU). National Comparison Nationally, Minnesota Private College Council member institutions graduation rate ranks 3 rd behind Maryland and the District of Columbia. Member institutions collectively rank first in the Midwest. Students of Color Member institutions 4 year graduation rate for students of color is 52% compared to at the University of Minnesota and 13% at MnSCU.
