PolyVision IWB Power Source and Bluetooth Powering the PolyVision Board Installing the PolyVision Board
Installing the PolyVision Board Bluetooth is held in place by two screws. The installers should have connected this during installation.
Loading the PolyVision Drivers You must have admin rights to load the software. Here is the link to download the software. http://techsupport.steelcase.com/home/downloads Use the down arrows to select the product, Type, and Language. Here is an example for the TS Family Interactive Whiteboard for Windows. Click on PolyVision Driver exe file.
Downloading the PolyVision Drivers PolyVision Driver Installation - Click Continue Select the box I accept the terms in the license agreement. Click Continue
Downloading the PolyVision Drivers Select the eno device. (TS Boards use the same drivers as the eno boards.) Click Install. When the Installation is complete you will need to Reboot.
Downloading the PolyVision Drivers Once drivers have been loaded, turn off the computer completely. Insert the PolyVision Bluetooth into one of your computer s USB ports. Turn on computer with Bluetooth inserted in the USB port.
Connecting the Wireless Blue Tooth Now that you the IWB drivers downloaded, you are ready to add the Bluetooth Device and connect the board with your computer. You will see this icon pop up in the system tray The red X shows that the IWB is not connected to the Bluetooth yet. You will need to add the Bluetooth device. Add the Bluetooth Device Go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Click Add a device
Connecting the Wireless Blue Tooth Windows will look for the PolyVision device and display it in the window. (Make sure your USB Bluetooth and the IWB Bluetooth are plugged in with the green light blinking. If the PV device does not appear, you can troubleshoot by clicking on What if Window doesn t find my device.) PV-11419 is the name of your PolyVision Board you are connecting to.

Connecting the Wireless Bluetooth Select Enter the device s pairing code. Click Next Enter paring code 1234 Click Next
Connecting the Wireless Bluetooth Once the PV device has been successfully added to the computer, windows will automatically make sure the drivers are installed. Once complete click Close.
Configuring the PolyVision Driver- PC Directions Click on the PolyVision icon on the bottom right of the status bar. Select Configure the PolyVision Driver from the pop up window. Click on Projection > Select Best for the Best Calibration.
Connecting to the POLYVISION Adapter to the Bluetooth- PC Directions Next select Hardware and Click Find serial whiteboards
The PolyVision Board has successfully connected to the Bluetooth when you see the TS 600 IWB appear in the window. You will hear a chirp sound.
Connecting the POLYVISION Adapter to the IWB Bluetooth- PC Directions After you go through the previous steps one time, you should automatically connect to the board as long as your PolyVision Bluetooth Adapter is inserted in your computer every time you turn on the board, it will automatically connect with the chirp. If you are having trouble connecting the first time try connecting the Bluetooth device and configuring the IWB again. When you are successful, you will then you hit the projection button on the IWB and the board is ready to use.
Calibrating the PolyVision Board Hit the projection short cut button on the board this green calibration screen will pop up. Hit each target to ensure perfect calibration.

Caring for your PolyVision Board The board is cleaned by using soap and water mixture. Do not use dry erase cleaner on the board s surface. If you write on the board use only dry erase markers and clean the board that day to insure you board will last. The board has a five year warranty from PolyVision.
