Process Sea & Air 1. Copy of Purchase order received by Unicef. 2. Fourteen (14) calendar days prior to delivery date, e-mail reminder if automatically forwarded from our order management system, to remind Vendor about the delivery date. 3. Seven (7) calendar days prior to delivery date, another e-mail reminder is automatically forwarded to Vendor if no confirmation of goods readiness is meanwhile received. 4. At least three (3) working days before the confirmed delivery date, the Notification of Goods Readiness Form and a complete set of documents as described in the purchase order must be forwarded to SGL and agent. 5. Shipment booked with airline/shipping line. 6. Forwarding organized by SGL/Partner within five (5) working days for airfreight and ten (10) working days for sea/overland. 7. Vendor receive a copy of the Air Waybill for all Airfreight orders and a FCR for all sea/overland orders to confirm receipt of cargo.
