At the University of Miami, the collaboration included three divisions of the Leonard Miller School of Medicine: The Jay Weiss Center for Social Medicine and Health Equity, the Disparities and Community Outreach Core at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, and the Division of Family Medicine.
