How does the Utility Pack work? Individual components of our modular solution can be used separately or as a complete system. The optimal design solution will be proposed depending on your needs and existing systems. The application can operate fully on your own, or you can take advantage of full outsourcing. After registering contractual statement we create any customer individual backup plan. As part of changes of supplier we ensure communication with the market operator and updating the relevant data. The Off-Take Points Record the address of the Off-Take Point and more specific data required for settlement. The Off-Take Point will be tied to the EIC code from the market operator. In the event of termination we will terminate the collection of these data. Ongoing communication with the operator is available.
Measurement Billing We offer a reading of the meter directly from the meter itself, both of the analog meter (by sending a worker who make reading) and also "smart meter" (digital interface). Data is written to the system to the appropriate place of consumption and EAN code. In addition of registry measuring we process continuous data with an interval of fifteen minutes, one hour, or one day. Data will be immediately available to the customer portal after the recording. Subsequently we validate correctness and integrity of the measured values. If we find questionable or missing value, we fetch data from the meter again. It does not help to re-read, we calculate the value of the previous data or estimate it according to the set parameters. We also provide and manage maintenance of instruments and other equipment. We check the dates of made revisions and schedule of next revisions. We will produce relevant reports about performed activities. Balance With the measured values, we are able to perform the required calculations: find excess distribution capacity, time and value of the measured maxima and more. Finally, we are able to predict values and based on this prediction recommend purchasing of adequate amounts of electricity and reduce unnecessary fees for the deviation. Then we compare prediction with the actual values and determine the deviation. We perform clearing measured consumption according to set prices (can be invoiced in foreign currency). Normally we invoice to all categories of customers from residential to large customers. Invoicing can be set to each customer individually, usually in the range of months to a year. Of course there is bulk billing and export invoices to PDF and MS-Excel. Created invoices will be sent to the market operator in the case of direct billing to the customer we will provide its print and send to his address. Payables and Receivables Received payment we record and couple with the relevant invoices. In the case of underpayment we will automatically reminder the customer and at his lack of response by the deadline we will pass the matter to Enforcement Company. If not so achieve the payment, we will write-off of claims. We support payment by bank transfer, SIPO, postal order and cash. We will transmit continuously information to monitor cash-flow. All financial transactions related to invoicing of measured consumption will be entered in the accounts: 211/221 <-> 321, 311 <-> 602. Alternatively we pass the documents for registration to the general ledger of existing system. CRM Take advantage of our operational centers. Its staff will promptly deal with all the demands of your customers, who would not be able satisfied by the customer portal. The access to the Utility Pack system or existing system with customer data enables them to respond flexibly and efficiently. The Centre may also produce campaigns to attract new clients. Utility Pack is a comprehensive solution to optimally provide all necessary utility companies. Our product can be used both distributors and retailers, and in full or only selected modules.
Customer portal This product represents a modern way of dealing direct communication with customers. The portal is a separate application on-line connection with Utility Pack, or other billing system. You can imagine it as a smart replacement of any of your tired workers tirelessly handling the demands of your customers. Benefits Savings reduction in the number of employees communicating with the customer. Safety between the portal and billing system, data is transmitted on securely channel. Access is allowed only to persons authorized by the invoicing system. Availability data are available to every customer who has access to the Internet or a smart mobile device equipped operating environment that allows launching the application. On our portal can each customer from his/her account conveniently monitor current data on his/her distribution company and if necessary change on-line. These changes are immediately reflected in the system of records. Utility companies can use the portal to display the required summaries and overviews for group customers. Terms account The customer sees his/her assets and liabilities, identifies overpayments and underpayments. Continuous measurement The customer displays a table of values with interval 15 minutes, 60 minutes or one day, the values may also seen graphically.
Integration platform The integration platform provides a comprehensive basis for the realization of safe and reliable interconnection of heterogeneous software systems into a single cooperating whole. With a unique set of software allows you to create integration scenarios on a consistent basis. Supports standardized communication protocols and data formats, which can connect seemingly disparate technology applications. Communication between integration platform and the application itself is performed by the selected application protocol in an adequate format. Incoming data from an external application messages are automatically processed and sent to the target application. Monitoring of communications Monitoring will be done manually in a user interface or automatically. Manual monitoring is to run the web application (monitor) to monitor the processed messages and the availability of the source and target applications and adapters. Automated monitoring allows you to automate the monitoring of entire business processes (sequences of messages over multiple applications). Its output can be for example attempt to resend the message, sending an error message to the source / target system, alert (e-mail, SMS to administrator), starting workflow for further processing error condition etc. All processed messages are stored in a database with individually adjustable Archive period. The stored data include not only the actual data incoming and outgoing messages, but also detailed technical information about its processing. Options and Features Communications Asynchronous communication - integration platform only sends a message, but does not expect any response. Some protocols allow you to receive the delivery report (i.e. the transmission of messages sent by the target application, no information on the outcome of this report). Synchronous communication - Integration Platform sends the message and expects response from the target application (i.e. information about the result of processing the message in the target application or data requested in the outgoing message). So communication consists of incoming and outgoing messages, or even error messages. Technical requirements for embedded applications These properties suggest a need for integrated applications supporting any of the protocols listed in article Supported Protocols. Authorization and security of data transmission are based on the option of protocol communication.
