Alas Copco Afer-coolers, waer separaors and drains HD 4-96 & TD 8-650, WSD 25-750 & WD 80/EWD 50-1500

A range of effecive afer-coolers and waer separaors o mach your compressor Alas Copco offers a range of afer-coolers and waer separaors, which combines minimal air pressure drop wih high cooling efficiency and low energy consumpion. Afer-coolers are supplied complee wih all necessary pars. They are compac, simple o insall and easy o dismanle for cleaning. The negligible pressure drop effeced by he afer-coolers means virually no loss of power o compressed air-driven ools, machines and pneumaic devices. Thus no exra demand is placed on he compressor and no addiional energy or mainenance coss are incurred. In addiion, he Alas Copco soluion provides a number of imporan advanages: special, highly efficien separaion by cyclone minimum mainenance oally rusproof maerial Waer-cooled HD afer-coolers Alas Copco HD waer-cooled afer-coolers are designed o combine a high level of cooling wih economic waer consumpion. The air leaving he compressor is cooled in a bundle of sainless seel ubes, wih he cooling waer and he compressed air flowing in opposie direcions. A waer separaor is provided wih he cooler as sandard. The cooling ubes are reeled inside o creae urbulence for more rapid cooling of he compressed air. To increase he cooling effec, he waer is defleced by baffles. Air-cooled TD afer-coolers he assembly of he connecion flanges is easy Alas Copco afer-coolers, wheher cooled by air or waer, are reliable, require minimum mainenance and provide rouble-free proecion agains he cosly effecs of waer in your sysem. Boh ypes of afer-cooler deliver air ino he air-ne a a emperaure suiable for mos ypes of air dryers. Alas Copco TD air-cooled afer-coolers have an aluminium block cooling elemen. An elecrically driven fan, shielded by a proecor for user safey, forces cooling air beween he fins. High cooling efficiency is combined wih low energy consumpion. The afer-cooler is mouned on a surdy frame. A waer separaor is delivered as sandard wih he TD25-650 coolers. The TD 08, is delivered wih wall mouning brackes and incorporaes a drain collecor wih manual drain.

Efficien waer separaors, auomaic and inelligen drainage WSD waer separaors The waer separaors provided by Alas Copco have ample capaciy. Reliable auomaic drain devices preven condensed waer from building up in he coolers. The waer separaors are delivered as sandard wih he afer-coolers. They can also be insalled in any poin of your air ne. EWD elecronic condensae drains The exac ne pressure The range of EWD elecronically conrolled condensae drains is synonymous wih safe, dependable and economical condensae managemen. The inelligen drain funcion moniors condensae build-up wih liquid level sensors and and evacuaes he condensae only when necessary, hus avoiding wasage of compressed air and giving considerable energy savings. The EWD drain device offers securiy and confidence, enabling you o solve all condensae discharge problems even wih heavily conaminaed sysems. A wide range of differen EWD drains is available for oil conaminaed condensae and also may be provided wih addiional hard coaing for use wih oil-free and aggressive condensae.
