Mr Fowler began his career at Bank of America as an Investment Officer with Banc of America Small Business Investment Company. He joined Bank of America in 1994 and is located in Washington, D.C. Edward J. Sanjiv K. Shah Sanjiv K. Shah is a of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), a subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation ( BAC ), where he focuses on the origination, due diligence, and structuring of new investment opportunities; communication with investors; and administrative matters, including managing CAF s -based team. He joined Bank of America in 1994 and is based in. In 1997, Mr. Shah co-founded the CAF group, and he has been instrumental in growing BAC s portfolio of community development equityrelated investments, including the formation of CAF s current fund-of-funds investment vehicles. Mr. Shah was one of the youngest associates to be promoted to the level within BAC s legacy Principal Investing division. CAF is an experienced market-based, returns-driven private equity fund-of-funds manager and advisor focused on meeting the targeted mandates of large public pension funds, endowments and other institutional investors. Matthew Autrey Vice President Matthew Autrey is a Vice President of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), where he focuses on all phases of due diligence, fundraising, and portfolio management. Mr. Autrey joined BAML Capital Access Funds as an Analyst in June 2007 and later served as an Associate. He previously served as an Analyst within General Electric Company s Financial Management Program ( FMP ), where he focused on preparing and analyzing financial statements, creating product line profitability models, and driving operational process improvement. Prior to that, Mr. Autrey worked as a Summer Associate within Citigroup s Alternative Investment group in New York, where he focused on investment research and monitoring of the real estate portfolio. Mr. Autrey holds a BS in Economics and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from The Ohio State University and is an MBA candidate at The University of. Mr. Critchfield joined BAML Capital Access Funds as its first Analyst in March 2007 and later served as an Associate. Mr. Critchfield joined BAML Capital Access Funds as an Analyst in early 2007. He previously served as an Analyst with JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he completed valuations and structured transactions for closely held, middle market companies with a special emphasis on community banks. Prior to that, Mr. Critchfield worked for a community development focused, seed stage venture fund located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he was hired as the Partnership s first Analyst. Christina Whatley Analyst Christina Whatley is an Analyst in the BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), group in, where she is focused on due diligence and portfolio management. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2012, Ms. Whatley was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair & Company in Corporate Finance, specifically dedicated to the Business Services Group and with a focus on sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Christina Whatley graduated Cum Laude in 2011 from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia with a B.A. in Economics and International Studies. Mari Abba Business Support Manager Ms. Abba joined Bank of America in 1994. She served in Corporate Banking Administrative Services for five years, and then joined Community Development Banking with Edward Powers and Sanjiv Shah in 1999. Prior to that, Ms. Abba worked for a small public accounting company based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. As Business Support Manager with BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), Ms. Abba handles all administrative work for the team. She also monitors closed fund transactions and generates reports, working closely with CAF s Finance and Compliance partners. Ms. Abba holds a BA in Accounting and Management from DeVry University, as well as an AAS in Management from the College of DuPage.
