The seasoned professionals at BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC (CAF) understand the longterm strategies required to invest successfully in private equity, and the special needs of our investors. Craig Fowler St. Louis, MO Craig Fowler focuses on adding value to the private equity funds and portfolio companies in which CAF invests. Mr. Fowler joined Bank of America in 1997 and is based in St. Louis, Missouri. CAF is an experienced market-based, returns-driven private equity fund-of-funds manager and advisor focused on meeting the targeted mandates of institutional investors. CAF has managed and advised on over $1.5 billion of capital for institutional investors across multiple mandates since 2002. Mr Fowler began his career at Bank of America as an Investment Officer with Banc of America Small Business Investment Company. In this role, he made mezzanine and equity investments in small and minority-owned businesses throughout the Midwest. Before joining Bank of America, Mr. Fowler was a Corporate Relationship Manager and Vice President with Mercantile Bank (now US Bank), lending to small and middle market companies. During his 15 years in commercial banking, he developed an expertise in a number of private, federal, state and local programs geared toward economic development. Mr. Fowler was selected for the St. Louis Business Journal s 2013 class of Diverse Business Leaders representing the entire regional business community. In 1999, Mr. Fowler was selected by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of its Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40. He serves on the board of the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC), the industry association for investment companies dedicated to investing financial resources in an ethnically diverse marketplace and served as a Director of the St. Louis Local Development Company. He is also active in other charitable organizations within his community. Mr. Fowler holds a BS in business administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University, and he is a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute. Mr. Fowler is a board member of various private equity portfolio funds advisory boards.

Matt HoganBruen Washington, D.C Matt HoganBruen is a of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ) where he focuses on sourcing, diligencing, and structuring prospective fund investments, interacting with current investors, and designing statistical tools that help drive CAF s analysis of the financial and social impact returns of its prospective and existing investments. He joined Bank of America in 1994 and is located in Washington, D.C. CAF is an experienced market-based, returnsdriven private equity fund-of-funds manager and advisor focused on meeting the targeted mandates of institutional investors. CAF has managed and advised on over $1.1 billion of capital for institutional investors across multiple mandates since 2002. Before joining the CAF team, Mr. HoganBruen spearheaded Bank of America s national charter school lending activities and managed a Mid-Atlanticbased portfolio of for-profit, nonprofit, and faith based clients. Mr. HoganBruen previously worked as a commercial lender and consultant in for Bank of America from 1994 to 1998. Prior to working at Bank of America, Mr. HoganBruen spent two years as a legislative aide for a United States Representative in Washington, D.C. where he facilitated the passage of a significant piece of federal agricultural disaster relief legislation. During his tenure on Capitol Hill, Mr. HoganBruen was named a Young Leaders of Tomorrow by Hillary Rodham Clinton. Mr. HoganBruen holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, an MA from the University of, and an MBA from Oxford University in England. He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute. Mr. HoganBruen is an advisory board member of various private equity portfolio funds and a founding board member of the Small Business Investor Alliance.

Edward J. Powers New York Edward Powers is a of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ) where he focuses on capital formation, communication with existing investors, origination and diligencing of investments and managing CAF. He joined Bank of America ( BAC ) in 1994 and is based in New York, New York. CAF is an experienced market-based, returnsdriven private equity fund-of-funds manager and advisor focused on meeting the targeted mandates of institutional investors. CAF has managed and advised on over $1.1 billion of capital for institutional investors across multiple mandates since 2002. Mr. Powers joined Bank of America in in 1994 in community development banking, where he originated investments in a variety of community development equity products, including affordable housing and community development financial institutions. Early in his career, Mr. Powers was named one of Crain s Business Top 40 Business Leaders under 40. He currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Council of the Harris School of Public Policy, the Limited Partner Advisory Board of Sponsors for Education Opportunity, and the Corporate Advisory Board of the National Council on Teacher Retirement. He holds bachelor s degrees in English and economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA and MA in Public Policy from the University of. Mr. Powers is a member of various private equity funds advisory boards.

Sanjiv K. Shah Sanjiv K. Shah is a of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), a subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation ( BAC ), where he focuses on the origination, due diligence, and structuring of new investment opportunities; communication with investors; and administrative matters, including managing CAF s -based team. He joined Bank of America in 1994 and is based in. In 1997, Mr. Shah co-founded the CAF group, and he has been instrumental in growing BAC s portfolio of community development equityrelated investments, including the formation of CAF s current fund-of-funds investment vehicles. Mr. Shah was one of the youngest associates to be promoted to the level within BAC s legacy Principal Investing division. CAF is an experienced market-based, returns-driven private equity fund-of-funds manager and advisor focused on meeting the targeted mandates of large public pension funds, endowments and other institutional investors. CAF has managed and advised on nearly $1.5 billion of capital for institutional investors across multiple mandates since 2002. Mr. Shah has been active in his community and has held volunteer leadership positions in several local South Asian focused community organizations. In 2002, Mr. Shah was profiled in the India Tribune as a successful, young professional from the Indian- American community. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute. Mr. Shah serves on the limited partner advisory board of several private equity funds in which CAF has invested, and he is a frequent speaker at industry and trade association conferences. Mr. Shah is a current board member of The Association of Asian American Investment Managers, and he has led the planning of an annual conference and networking forum in in collaboration with CAF partner organizations, which are focused on highlighting the talent and potential residing within the U.S. emerging domestic market. Mr. Shah is currently serving as a business mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation For Women s Mentoring Women in Business Program. He is a Registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.

Matthew Autrey Vice President Matthew Autrey is a Vice President of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), where he focuses on all phases of due diligence, fundraising, and portfolio management. Mr. Autrey joined BAML Capital Access Funds as an Analyst in June 2007 and later served as an Associate. He previously served as an Analyst within General Electric Company s Financial Management Program ( FMP ), where he focused on preparing and analyzing financial statements, creating product line profitability models, and driving operational process improvement. Prior to that, Mr. Autrey worked as a Summer Associate within Citigroup s Alternative Investment group in New York, where he focused on investment research and monitoring of the real estate portfolio. Mr. Autrey holds a BS in Economics and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from The Ohio State University and is an MBA candidate at The University of. He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute and is a board member of several private equity portfolio funds advisory boards. Brook Critchfield Vice President Brook Critchfield is a Vice President of BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), where he focuses on capital formation, origination and diligencing of investment, and communication with existing investors. Mr. Critchfield joined BAML Capital Access Funds as its first Analyst in March 2007 and later served as an Associate. Mr. Critchfield joined BAML Capital Access Funds as an Analyst in early 2007. He previously served as an Analyst with JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he completed valuations and structured transactions for closely held, middle market companies with a special emphasis on community banks. Prior to that, Mr. Critchfield worked for a community development focused, seed stage venture fund located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he was hired as the Partnership s first Analyst. Mr. Critchfield holds a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College. He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute.

Christina Whatley Analyst Christina Whatley is an Analyst in the BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), group in, where she is focused on due diligence and portfolio management. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2012, Ms. Whatley was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair & Company in Corporate Finance, specifically dedicated to the Business Services Group and with a focus on sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Christina Whatley graduated Cum Laude in 2011 from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia with a B.A. in Economics and International Studies. Mari Abba Business Support Manager Ms. Abba joined Bank of America in 1994. She served in Corporate Banking Administrative Services for five years, and then joined Community Development Banking with Edward Powers and Sanjiv Shah in 1999. Prior to that, Ms. Abba worked for a small public accounting company based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. As Business Support Manager with BAML Capital Access Funds Management, LLC ( CAF ), Ms. Abba handles all administrative work for the team. She also monitors closed fund transactions and generates reports, working closely with CAF s Finance and Compliance partners. Ms. Abba holds a BA in Accounting and Management from DeVry University, as well as an AAS in Management from the College of DuPage.
