we are smart.. /smart/ 1. the a 24-hour only emergency mobile response serving the fraser valley of british columbia, for women and girls who require emergency medical care for physical injuries and emotional trauma resulting from genderbased violence 2. surrey mobile assault response team 3. a partnership between surrey women s centre and Fraser Health dedicated to improving the safety of women and girls 4. a model to identify and address the barriers limiting the access of women and girls to key medical, legal and social services
