WHAT ALL DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO PARTICIPATE? 1 Register 2 Trust Index 3 Culture Audit The process starts with a five-minute online nomination. Any company that is at least two years old with more than 50 employees in Sri Lanka is eligible. We will administer an employee survey to a set of randomly selected employees. This proprietary employee survey developed by the institute measures levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie and takes an employee about 15 minutes to complete. Submit information about the organization s people practices by filling our Culture Audit document. This instruments covers nine practice areas and needs to be responded by one individual on behalf of the organization 10
Our model Trust Index Measures & Benchmarks Employee Experience Culture Audit Assesses & Benchmarks People Practices 2/3 1/3 The Assessment process is an unique combination of understanding your employees experience through an employee survey and co-relating the same with our assessment of your people practices. This enables you to draw sharp action plans to work on relevant people practice areas.
What is our model? a 2 lens model that maps employees perceptions and management practices TRUST INDEX - 2/3 rd WEIGHTAGE An employee survey questionnaire that captures responses through 60 statements in only 20 minutes of an employees time CULTURE AUDIT - 1/3 rd WEIGHTAGE A questionnaire on practices and policies at the workplace through the management perspective. This comprises of two parts and is filled in by the organization Contains two open-ended questions on areas of strength and areas of improvement
WHAT DOES IT COST? VERY LITTLE TO GET IN DEPTH FEEDBACK. o The investment for participating will be between LKR 50, 000 to 250, 000 depending on your employee strength. o This will entail organisations to receive Trust Index Feedback Reporting package with a scoresheet against a national benchmark with results for standard demographic cuts and detailed analysis of your data via a presentation deck o All participating organisations have the option to subscribe for further in-depth paid reports for internal analysis; these reports are made available at nominal fees for interested organisations. o Organisations where all employees are not accessible over emails will still be able to be a part of this survey through a paper-pencil or kiosk method. This will entail an additional fee, depending on the number of employees taking this mode.
