Randy Millian President, Diageo Latin America and Caribbean USA (Born in India) Randy is the regional President for Diageo LAC (Latin America and the Caribbean), and leads the LAC Executive team. He is responsible for the overall development and execution of our strategy across the region, for our performance, our people, and for Diageo's reputation and engagement with all stakeholders. Randy is a member of Diageo's global Executive team Prior to joining Diageo, Randy worked for American Express for seven years, serving as Vice-President of Travel Management Services in Brazil and as Vice-President of Strategic Planning and Business Development for Travel Related Services in Latin America and the Caribbean. Jeff Milliken General Manager, Diageo Andean British Responsible for Diageo s sales and marketing organizations in Venezuela and Colombia for last 4 years based in Caracas. Joined Diageo 22 years ago in Finance and worked in a number of markets in UK, Asia and Latin America Became general manager of distilling and blending operations in Scotland before returning to Latin America as Regional Logistics Director. Alberto Gavazzi Managing Director, Diageo West LAC Brazilian In the role of Managing Director Diageo WestLAC, Alberto is responsible for six business units which include markets in Western and Southern Latin America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
