Professional Experience Insurance Claims Consulting» Directed, prepared, presented and negotiated physical damage and business interruption claims on behalf of policyholders ranging in size from $4.0 million to $700» Formulated presentation and negotiation strategies to achieve settlements for clients in the energy and power generation industries.» Specific activities included the determination of property damage, extra expense, expediting expenses, business interruption, theoretical rebuild, loss of production, and negotiation with insurers.» Investigated, prepared and substantiated a claim for physical damage to onshore production facilities following civil unrest.
