Transocean contact numbers are listed for the installation s quick reference. Emergency response center locations, all contact numbers for personnel that must be notified, alternates for each position, and contact numbers for governmental agencies are described in this section. This section also describes checklists for contact information for support vessels and helicopter support for the installation.
5 GOM ERM - MEDICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN Section 3 Subsection N/A response plan for the installation, including all shore-based support contact numbers, a flowchart for all medical support personnel, contact numbers for emergency services and transportation and alternates, as well as contact information for physicians and treatment centers. The section also describes the responsibilities for the operator, company management personnel, and installation medical personnel.
