Three years as an associate pastor at White Rock Community Church. Past service on the board of the Lower Pacific District, Evangelical Free Church of Canada, the board of UIMI Canada (serving First Nations) as well as the Advisory Council to the President of Trinity Western Seminary. Consistent involvement in local churches, with ministry in many capacities including Board Treasurer, teaching of all ages including adults, teens and intermediates. Recent professional reading has included numerous works by such authors as Michael Fullan, Robert Greenleaf, John Maxwell, Fons Trompenaars, and John Kotter, Alexander Hill, Peter Scazzero, Robin Lovin, Joseph Badaracco, Craig Johnson, and Thomas Sergiovanni.
