Powered Industrial Lift Truck Certification- Three year certification for the forklift driver in any field. Competent Person Classes: Competent Person- means one who is capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings or working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees, and who has the authorization to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them. Confined Space- means any space having a limited means of egress, which is subject to the accumulation of toxic or flammable contaminants or has an oxygen deficient atmosphere.
