VOLLMER We are happy to announce that the new school website is now live! www.shcsflorissant.org Our new school website is a better reflection of who we are an active, vibrant school community. Information is better organized for those who are learning about Sacred Heart for the first time (Prospective Families) and those who are already in school (Current Families). Some of the top features include: Access school information quickly and easily, including the monthly calendar, weekly newsletter and lunch menu Import events from the monthly calendar right into your own personal calendar Link to your child s grades through Focus (link to the Moodle update still to come later) Contact faculty and staff Learn about the many ways to give your time, talent and treasure to the school community I want to especially thank Mary Ellen Unnerstall, Kelly Spann and Sue Gieseke for all their hard work on this site. Thank you for your patience as we ve worked through making this important communication upgrade. And thanks for your support as we continue to improve you and your child s experiences at Sacred Heart, where Excellence is a Parish Tradition! Visit the new site today! www.shcsflorissant.org MESSAGE FROM THE MARKETING COMMITTEE Parent Workshops - We Need Your Input! Parents: We all know that being a parent is hard work. Sometimes getting a little outside help, or a different perspective, can make all the difference. These workshops would be offered as short, single-evening events in the Parish Hall. We d like to know what topic(s) interests you the most! Please click on the link below to complete a short, 3 question survey on Parent Workshops. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/shparentworkshops Thanks in advance for your participation.

As you develop these star qualities you will make a positive difference in your life and the lives of others. You are on your way to creating a place for yourself among the Top 20. Each month we will stress one word with specific activities to do for each week. We will try to walk in Jesus footsteps and grow not only in knowledge but in our faith. Our theme for this year is: Tune in to Jesus. Our words so far this year have been: God-centered, respectful, organized, good-listener, selfdisciplined and responsible. Our word for March is problem solver. Being a problem solver means helping someone by figuring out what s wrong and coming up with a solution. Week of March 23rd March 27th This week try and be a problem solver. Read the directions carefully. Try and solve the problem yourself.
