KATI VASTI Kati Vasti is a focused treatment in which specially prepared warm medicated oil is placed over the lower back within an herbal paste ring made of black flour. Eases back pain and spinal disorders. JANU VASTI As with Kati Vasti this specific treatment uses medicated warm oil placed over the knees in a herbal paste boundary of black flour. SHIRO VASTI Shirovasti is a specialized oil bath for the head. In this treatment, a long leather cap, open at the top, is fitted around the head and a bespoke mixture of warm herbal oil is poured into this cap. The oil will remain inside the cap for about 45 minutes.
