Roughly cut out each template about ⅛ outside the drawn lines. 12. Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines. 13. Refer to Figure 9 to arrange and press the (1) Corner Flower A, (1) Corner Flower A Base, (1) Corner Flower B, (1) Corner Flower B Center and (1) Corner Stem onto (1) 19 ½ Fabric 38 square. 38 Fig. 9 Corner Block make 4 14. Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to make (1) Corner Block (Fig. 9) 15. Repeat Steps 13-14 to make (4) Corner Blocks total. 16. Sew (1) 1 ½ x 67 ½ Fabric 36 strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block. 20. Sew (1) 4 ½ x 72 ½ Fabric 40 strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 4 ½ x 80 ½ Fabric 40 strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top. 21. Layer and quilt as desired. 19. Sew (1) 3 x 67 ½ Fabric 39 strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 3 x 72 ½ Fabric 39 strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block. 22. Sew the (8) 2 ½ x WOF Fabric 8 strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press. 23.
