Julia Bolen, Nutrition Outreach Instructor, requests the use of the Home Economics Classroom at Tyler Consolidated High School during the weeks of September 14 th, September 21 st, October 5 th, October 19 th, November 2 nd, November 16 th, November 30 th and December 7 th, to hold an ICook youth program. b. Christie Curran requests that her daughters, Quinn Curran and Madison Curran, be released from Tyler County Schools in order to attend Doddridge County Schools for the 2015-16 school year. c. Jae C. Lehew requests that her son, Quintin Richmond, be permitted to cross county lines in order to continue attending Tyler County Schools for the 2015-16 school year. d. Leann America requests that her sons, Jacob America and Dalton America, be released from Tyler County Schools for the 2015-16 school year, pending approval from Doddridge County Board of Education. e. Becki Ruble requests that the Middlebourne Baptist Church be permitted to use the grassy field across from Old Tyler County High School to hold a Community Family Fun Day on August 15, 2015. f. Melissa Smith requests permission to use the auditorium, concessions, choir or band room and parking lot at Tyler Consolidated High School on September 20, 2015 to hold the Middle Island Harvest Festival Pageant. g. Troy Smith, Transportation Director, requests approval to take a school bus to the Tyler County Fair to allow drivers to participate in the Bus Rodeo on August 8, 2015. h. Susan Boyles, Curriculum Director, requests that Grand Canyon University student Michael Williamson be permitted to observe a 7 th grade math class, a 10 th grade math class and a Special Needs pull out math class for a course titled Reading and Literacy Strategies for Middle and Secondary Schools. He will also work with the classroom teachers to develop and present a mini less for each class. These observations will begin August 17, 2015 and end on September 17, 2015. i. Melinda Walton, Director of Special Education, requests approval for the following Interagency Agreements for the 2015-16 school year: Tyler County Schools and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation; Tyler County Schools and West Virginia Birth to Three; and Tyler County Schools and AFL-CIO Appalachian Council, Inc. Head Start.
