WIN A HOLIDAY TO EXPERIENCE THE WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER AT UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT Bloomsbury in conjunction with WH Smith retail stores are giving consumers an opportunity to enter a competition for the chance to win a trip to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida, USA to experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Competition Terms and Conditions: Section A - Terms and Conditions of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. 1. HOW TO ENTER: Consumers may enter this competition either by a) completing an entry from at their local WH Smith retail store; b) completing the entry form on Bloomsbury s Harry Potter website; or c) sending an email with an answer to the email address listed in section A4 below. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 2. This competition is open from 00:01 (subject to participating WHS retail outlet opening times) on Friday 1 st July 2016 to 23:50 (subject to WHS retail ) on Saturday 3 rd September 2016 ( Closing Date ). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date. 3. Competition is open to UK residents only. The competition is not open to employees (or their families) of Bloomsbury UK, Bloomsbury USA, Bloomsbury Australia, Bloomsbury India, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd doing business as Universal Orlando Resort or their affiliates or subsidiaries. 4. The only way to enter the competition is to submit your answer at www.harrypotter.bloomsbury.com/wizardingworldcompetition or by emailing your answer to childrensmarketing@bloomsbury.com with Harry Potter Universal Competition in the subject header. Only entries submitted in this way will be eligible. 5. Only one entry per person and each entry must include the entrant s name, date of birth, if under the age of 18 a parent or guardian s name, contact address, email address and telephone number. No entrant may win more than one prize. Any entry and personal information received from entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the consent and contact details of a parent or guardian. 6. books, a copy of the Deluxe Illustrated Slipcase Edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher s Stone, a Harry Potter tote bag and Harry Potter bunting. b) RUNNERS UP: The 7 (seven) Runners Up will each receive paperback box set of the Harry Potter books, Illustrated Edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher s Stone, a Harry Potter tote bag and Harry Potter bunting. 8. The Winner and 7 Runner Ups will be announced via a public announcement by Bloomsbury on www.bloomsbury.com/harrypottercompetition on Thursday 15th September 2016. 9. The Winner and Runners Up will be notified by email or post by 15 th September 2016. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. The Winner and Runners Up must claim their prize within 14 (fourteen) days of Bloomsbury sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Bloomsbury reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in Bloomsbury s sole discretion. 10. In submitting your entry you agree that in the event and in consideration of you being the Winner or a Runner Up you grant Bloomsbury and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the full period of copyright and all renewals thereof to copy, edit, publish, make available and distribute your entry in any language in any and all mediums now known or hereinafter invented for any purpose. Furthermore, you agree to waive any moral rights in relation to your entry (other than the right to be named as the author) and grant Bloomsbury the right to use your name and likeness for the purposes of promoting the competition and the results thereof. 11. Bloomsbury accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Bloomsbury by the Closing Date for any reason. All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 12. Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of the Trip Terms and Conditions and the Bloomsbury Terms and Conditions. 13. The Winner and Runners up will be randomly drawn from the entries which qualify for the draw. Bloomsbury s decision on all matters is final. 14. No correspondence will be entered into. 15. Entries that do not comply in full with Universal Inc Terms and Conditions and the Bloomsbury Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. 16. Bloomsbury and Universal Orlando Resort (and its subsidiaries and associated companies) excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from any changes to the prize details which are beyond its control and for any act of default of any third party supplier including but not limited to bookshops, libraries and couriers. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bloomsbury and Universal Orlando Resort reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent

or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. 17. Entrants details will be held by Bloomsbury solely for the purposes of running this competition and will not be passed on to any third party except to Universal Orlando Resort for the sole purpose of arranging travel. This prize competition is governed by the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Section B- Trip Terms and Conditions 1. These further Trip Terms and Conditions are in addition to the above Bloomsbury Terms and Conditions. 2. Trip will include: i. round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from either Heathrow or Gatwick airports (whichever is nearest Winner s home as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL, USA; ii. five (5) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort (or another on-site hotel as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion); iii. non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL;

iv. 2-Park Bonus Tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal s Islands of Adventure v. Admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact time and date to be determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion). 3. The Fair Market Value ( FMV ) of Trip is Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty- Two and 18/100 United States Dollars (US$7,227.18) 4. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Trip with fewer than three (3) guests or no Guest, the Trip will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Trip will be forfeited, and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Trip must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. 5. If the Winner is between 18 and 21, he/she must be accompanied by an adult, who is at least 21 years of age on the date of travel, in order to check into the on-site hotel. If a Winner is under the age of 18, he/she must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who must also be at least 21 years of age on the date of travel. Any minor (under 18s) Guest must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. 6. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed by September 1, 2017 or Trip will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando Resort approval. FMV of Trip may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of Trip will not be awarded. 7. Trip consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Trip and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. 8. Bloomsbury Publishing Plc ( Bloomsbury ) will reimburse the Winner s out of pocket costs of any air travel taxes including applicable departure taxes and standard inspection charges and security charges to the value of 300. The Winner is responsible for their own travel insurance. 9. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando Resort. All Trip elements must be redeemed at the same time. 10. Winner and each of their Guests must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. 11. Universal City Development Partners Ltd. doing business as Universal Orlando Resort is the prize provider of the Trip only in this competition; is not a promoter of this competition; and is not responsible for the administration of the competition, the collection of the entries or the conduct of the draws.

12. Other than for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, Universal Orlando Resort, and its associated companies and agents hereby exclude all liability arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Trip details beyond Universal Orlando Resort s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier. All activities are undertaken at the entrants own risk. 13. Any disputes or claims arising out of the redemption, use, or misuse of the Trip or fulfilment thereof pursuant to this competition shall be subject to the laws of the State of Florida, USA and the courts of the County of Orange, State of Florida, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to such claims.
