Pagina n 8 di 16 5. DIMENSIONS OF THE COMPANY The company performs skilled activities, with specialization in oil and gas plant. Therefore the personnel must be of very high education, qualification, well experience in the specialist sector of oil and gas. The company direct personnel is composed of 27 engineers and skilled technicians, located in our offices. This people develop directly studies, basic engineering, detailed engineering, projet management, construction management. The company has also agreements with external skilled professionals (registered engineers) for the execution of field supervision, safety monitoring, hazop studies preparation, geological surveys). Other agreement allow the Company to sub contract CAD drawing work, when necessary. 4D Engineering has shares in a company developing detailed engineering, and shares in a company working in development of Oil & Gas Automation Processes, including devoted software. Finally 4D Engineering has agreement with contractors (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument/Automation/SCADA) for construction. In conclusion, the company, is capable to supply a potential of 120.000 hour per year, all the activities excluding construction.
