EPSCI gave me 4 unforgettable years and was above all an ideal springboard for a brilliant international career. EPSCI enabled me to put my theoretical knowledge into practice throughout my education, with company internships with a very strong professional development focus. I was also able to access a year-long academic exchange at McGill University, Montréal, where I specialised in Organisational Strategy with some of the best professors in the field. As an alumnus of the ESSEC group, today I am continuing my studies with a Master s in Management at London Business School. Sandra 2009 EPSCI graduate After a two-year apprenticeship in consulting and a university exchange in Shanghai, with my EPSCI diploma under my belt, I naturally thought it would be a good idea to complete my course with a specialisation. Taking the MS Entrepreneurs at the ESSEC and Centrale Paris was therefore a great opportunity to concretise the knowledge I had acquired in key subjects in company management on a human scale. I chose EPSCI for its reputation, quality of teaching and possibilities of foreign exchange trips. After an initial 3-month internship in management control at CHANEL in Paris, I stayed for 6 months at Tongji University in Shanghai, followed by an internship at DELOITTE in Shanghai and Hong Kong. After graduation, I created my own company at ESSEC s business incubator. I am currently the chairman of this company. We have opened a factory in China which employs 45 people and makes bespoke clothing. We are about to open our first shop in Paris and launch our website. Thanks to our technology, we can create the person s garment in real time, all for a very affordable price and delivered in 10 days. This course enabled me to develop a certain open-mindedness, partly thanks to a university exchange in Singapore and partly thanks to total immersion in the professional environment for 14 months at TRS (Thales Raytheon Systems). Thanks to this enriching experience, I will have the chance to join this company s teams once I have graduated, as a sales management executive in the NATO area.
