THE ART OF REUSE Water & Energy

THE ART OF REUSE Econvert designs and implements technology for the treatment of industrial wastewater & biogas We believe in a world in which people are responsible for their ecological footprint. And where they are able to control it. A world in which waste is a word used by people who lack the imagination to see the true value of residues. That s why we continuously work to perfect the art of reuse.

Econvert UASB Econvert EGSB Econvert IR > Footprint: LARGE > Footprint: MODERATE > Footprint: SMALL > Height: < 8 m > Height: > 10 m > Height: > 20 m > Loading rate: < 15 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: Low > Loading rate: < 25 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: Moderate > Loading rate: < 35 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: High SCA Hygiene Products Cuijk B.V., Cuijk, The Netherlands: It shows how Econvert fits to SCA s flexibility and enthusiasm Functionality > Balanced influent feed system for even distribution of wastewater > Sludge extraction system for removing heavy sludge Specifications > Fully insulated AISI316 tank, prefab ø 11x7m > 6 tons COD/day > Implemented in 3 weeks on site > Biogas to steam application > Modular three-phase separators for effective separation of solids, gas, and treated wastewater > Biogas collection in gas hoods, connected to your biogas valorization system > Top deck made of UV-stabilized PPC material > Also in completely gas-tight option to prevent from odor nuisance

EGSB REACTOR Econvert-EGSB The optimized compromise. Combining a small footprint with few internals. The unique settling system of the reactor has proven to retain solids also in high flow. Econvert UASB Econvert EGSB Econvert IR > Footprint: LARGE > Footprint: MODERATE > Footprint: SMALL > Height: < 8 m > Loading rate: < 15 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: Low > Height: > 10 m > Loading rate: < 25 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: Moderate > Height: > 20 m > Loading rate: < 35 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: High Papierfabrik Adolf Jass GmbH & Co. KG, Fulda, Germany: Our existing anaerobic reactors were all overhauled by Econvert. We ve seen an increase in overall capacity of over 30 %. This was achieved with sludge production in all our reactors. Functionality > Intense mixing of influent and external recirculation resulting in optimum COD concentrations > Adjustable up-flow velocity to adapt to specific circumstances > Multiple influent lines that can be adjusted individually: congestion control > Completely gas-tight systems: no odor nuisance > Biogas is collected in the head space of the reactor and forwarded for valorization > Patented three-phase separators designed for handling high water flows Specifications > 3 x EGSB 20 ton COD/Day > Completely gas-tight > Biogas to steam application > High calcium concentration

IR REACTOR Econvert-IR The high performer. Designed to create the ideal process conditions. The two-stage settling system enables internal recirculation. Due to this high COD concentrations can be treated and optimum biological conditions are secured. Econvert UASB Econvert EGSB Econvert IR > Footprint: LARGE > Footprint: MODERATE > Footprint: SMALL > Height: < 8 m > Loading rate: < 15 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: Low > Height: > 10 m > Loading rate: < 25 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: Moderate > Height: > 20 m > Loading rate: < 35 (kg COD/m3/d) > Upflow velocity: High Stora Enso Narew Sp.
