21ST CENTURY SUSTAINABLE BUILDING SOLUTIONS We are driven by the needs of the global marketplace for environmentally sensitive and responsible building products and for building systems which enable cost-effective and fast build-times without sacrificing the qualities you would expect in today s modern housing. Our system can be used in all types of new builds from a very simple Social house to a large multi-story home or office. Our technology can also be easily applied to any existing structure to give it the same leading fire protection and noise reduction properties as a new Crupe system build. SIMPLY BETTER BUILDING FROM A VERY SIMPLE SOCIAL HOUSE TO A LARGE MULTI-STORY HOME OR OFFICE

01. FRAMING In less than one day our mobile roll former can produce all the framing required for a small house including walls, beams, ceiling and roof panels, even conventional trusses for roofs. A team of 4-6 men can produce, assemble and construct a typical 100 m2, light steel, house structure in less than one week, ready for contractors to complete all external & internal finishes. PROTECT, FINISH AND FLOORING PRODUCTS CAN BE USED WITH ANY BUILDING FRAME FROM TRADITIONAL TIMBER AND BRICKS AND MORTAR TO BAMBOO AND STEEL. OUR OWN FRAMING PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED WITH OUR AUTOMATED ROLL FORMER WHICH IS A COMPACT FRAME PRODUCTION UNIT THAT REQUIRES ONLY AN ELECTRICAL POWER CONNECTION. IT IS TOTALLY MOBILE SO IT CAN BE EASILY POSITIONED ANYWHERE IN A FACTORY SPACE OR AT THE PROJECT SITE AND MADE READY FOR PRODUCTION IN A MATTER OF HOURS AFTER BEING COMMISSIONED BY OUR SPECIALIST TEAM OF SERVICE & SUPPORT ENGINEER/TECHNICIANS. THE ASSEMBLY IS MADE WITH STEEL RIVETS THAT ARE READILY AVAILABLE IN THE LOCAL MARKET AND WITH AN INEXPENSIVE AIR OPERATED RIVET GUN. operated rivet gun. Our Crupe Framing machines are available in a variety of different steel gauges from 75mm to 150mm and can work with a variety of steel tensile and thicknesses. The result is a very strong but light-weight frame that can be designed and manufactured for single : and multi-storey structures. Crupe Framing s light weight framesets mean that heavy tower cranes and other specialist equipment and specialist skills are not required to achieve a highly accurate structure in far less time than traditional construction techniques. Automated Fast Track Building System available in profiles 75mm to 150mm Uses less steel overall than traditional steel build and with less errors onsite Rapid Deployment and Mobilization Focusing-on and utilizing: Local Labour Local Resources Existing building Trade Professionals Low up-front capital Investment Scalable production that can be easily expanded Computerized production to high accuracy based on pre-engineered CAD designs Highly Portable Technology for both Factory & On-Site Production All the frames, beams, floor joists, roof panels and wall frames are produced exactly in accordance with the Architects Drawings complete with window and door openings, ready for simple assembly, using less steel and with less error. The assembly is made with steel rivets that are readily available in the local market and with an inexpensive air...

02. PROTECT Crupe Protect replaces a number of traditional products in one product that is both easier to use and better for the environment. The reduction in the products required for the build means a faster building time and lower and more predictable budgets than most traditional builds. PROTECT ALSO OFFERS SOME ADVANTAGES OVER THE TRADITIONAL CEMENT AND GYPSUM PRODUCTS INCLUDING BETTER DRYING CHARACTERISTICS AND A LOWER ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT GIVEN A LARGER CONSTITUENCY OF GYPSUM IN OUR PRODUCTS (NOT CEMENT) AND IT COMPLETELY AVOIDS CHEMICAL BASED ADHESIVES IN ITS APPLICATION. Crupe Protect is a revolutionary new building material (patent pending) that combines a unique mineral- based binding agent with a mortar based solution, including expanded polystyrene ( EPS ) and/or perlite, to produce a building product with excellent thermal, fire rating, acoustic performance and structural properties. COST SAVINGS ARE SIGNIFICANT WHEN COMPARED TO THE SEVERAL MATERIALS AND FIXING APPLICATIONS REQUIRED OF CONVENTIONAL CLADDING SYSTEMS. Crupe Protect is suitable for both existing and new buildings constructed from concrete, brick, masonry concrete block and light steel The neutral PH properties of Crupe Protect makes for easier handling by the person applying the material on site as they do not require protective clothing and gloves that both restricts productively and increases fatigue specially in hot and humid climates framing. It is a flexible, simple product that is revolutionising construction around the world. Certified and Rated around the world A1 fire rated to 4+ hours Significantly reduces building time (in some cases by up to 70%) Significantly reduces building costs (in some cases by up to 50%) Less energy intensive, more environmentally friendly, a better product Requires less experienced skills on site to apply, saving time and money Neutral PH properties easy and safe handling on site results in a happier team Ideal for use in areas with higher risk of earthquake, hurricane and humidity Creates a Monolithic Structure which is both more efficient and safer Crupe Protect delivers a monolithic structure of unparalleled strength and is far less energy intensive in application and cost. Building services such as air-conditioning or insulation needs are greatly reduced or avoided because of Crupe Protect s enhanced thermal qualities, again reducing overall build and operating budgets as well as lowering carbon emissions.

03. FINISH A revolutionary new building system (patent pending) combining an organic, mineral-based binding agent with a mortar based solution that produces a building product with a high impact surface that can be rendered in a range of finishes from smooth coat to textured. FINISH USES AN ORGANIC, MINERAL BASED BINDING AGENT (PATENT PENDING) WHICH IS COMBINED WITH GYPSUM, CEMENT AND SAND TO CREATE A THIN-COAT RENDER. FINISH DELIVERS A MONOLITHIC STRUCTURE WITH EXCELLENT STRENGTH AS WELL AS OUTSTANDING FIRE, THERMAL, HIGH IMPACT AND ACOUSTIC QUALITIES. Crupe Finish is suitable for both existing (renovation) and new buildings and has a very high adhesion rate to concrete, brick, masonry, concrete block, wood or light steel framing. A LAYER OF 6-10MM CAN BE APPLIED IN JUST ONE OPERATION BECAUSE FINISH IMMEDIATELY STARTS BINDING TO THE SURFACE ALLOWING FOR A SINGLE, HIGH-BUILD, CONTINUOUS APPLICATION Crupe Finish has a polypropylene fibre blended into the dry mix that gives it the ability to resist cracking, making for a very stable final finish coat. Because Crupe Finish is made with an organic, mineral based solution the resulting building material is generally more environmentally and user friendly than traditional cement or gypsum based systems. Creates a Monolithic surface Certified and Rated around the world Reduces Building Cost and Time A Flexible Render High Impact surface Fire Resistant Qualities A1 tested to over 2 hours Ideal for use in areas with higher risk of earthquake, hurricane and humidity Crupe Finish rivals and exceeds other thin coat render systems. Crupe Finish is typically layered to a 10mm thickness resulting in a very resilient and crack resistant coat with greater impact resistance. Crupe Finish can be used in a variety of ways, as a stand-alone product applied to materials such as EPS panels or Perlite reinforced with a nylon mesh or combined with our Crupe Protect for a very robust, crack resistant render for a complete through the wall solution.

04. FLOORING Crupe Flooring is a self-levelling flooring screed product, made with our organic, mineral-based binding agent (patent pending). It is supremely easy to use and application and drying time are quick. The result is a perfect surface ready for final treatment and finishes, i.e. carpet, tiling, wooden flooring, etc. Crupe Flooring delivers maximum floor space at a lower cost and with a lower environmental footprint than traditional cement based flooring techniques. S SELF-LEVELLING SCREED MAKES FLOORING SIMPLE AND EASY TO APPLY. OUR FLOOR IS INSULATED WHICH MEANS THAT A BUILDING S ENERGY SAVING CHARACTERISTICS ARE MULTIPLIED. THIS RESULTS IN A PERFECTLY LAID FLOOR WHICH DRIES VERY QUICKLY AND ENABLES TILING OR OTHER FLOORING COVERS SUCH AS WOOD, TO BE LAID OVER THE VERY NEXT DAY - UNLIKE CONCRETE FLOORING WHICH TAKES WEEKS TO CURE. Our flooring system is easy to use and requires very little training so building teams can be efficient and get started straight away. FLOORING IS THE NEXT GENERATION OF FLOORING SYSTEM. SIGNIFICANT DESIGN FOR ARCHITECTS AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS ULTIMATELY, BUILDING OWNERS CAN ENJOY MAXIMISED USABLE FLOOR SPACE WHICH CAN BE OF GREAT COMMERCIAL VALUE. Crupe Flooring can support larger structures and greater spans, as well as a reduced number, and size, of columns required because the lighter floors need less support. Ultimately, building owners can enjoy maximised usable floor space which can be of great commercial value. Delivers maximum floor space Flexible and accommodating in terms of design Simple to use and apply Requires minimal training Saves time and money Minimises errors Adds to the energy efficiency of the overall building Quality finished floor Crupe Flooring reduces the weight of the floor to less than 500kg per cubic meter of volume far less than traditional concrete flooring. This means less weight throughout the building which results in significant design benefits for architects and structural engineers.
