AIRWAYS TRAINING
LEADING-EDGE TRAINING TECHNOLOGIES Innovative technology enables Airways to deliver superior training outcomes. Recruitment The cost of training air traffic controllers is a heavy burden on ANSPs. Every hour spent training students who will not rate, or be able to effectively transition into the operational working environment, is money wasted. SureSelect helps ANSPs through the complex process of attracting and sorting large volumes of candidates. Less than 3% of people have what it takes to be an air traffic controller, so we provide a robust recruitment and assessment package which filters quickly to those with the skills and attributes to succeed. Simulation Total Control combines all the elements of classroom training into a full scale simulator. The single software base builds tower, surveillance and part-task simulator scenarios for beginning to advanced training. Total Control is an innovative 3D simulator software package designed to give air traffic control trainees an experience extremely close to real life. E-Learning Airways Knowledge Online (AKO) is a customised, industry leading ATS integrated e-learning system. It can be accessed 24/7 worldwide by students to enrol and participate in courses, complete assessments or evaluations, view reports and to communicate with other students or instructors. AKO offers a complete training package at your convenience, making training more affordable and interactive.
