Provide leadership and management to develop a comprehensive technical training program including instructor led training, standard operating procedures, elearning, and field guides in support of wastewater operations. 2. Assess wastewater operations staff technical development needs and develop and implement programs to fill the needs. 3. Evaluate and build processes to evaluate staff competencies and promote continued development of employees. 4. Coordinate with other department who provide training to ensure our staff receive proper training. Identify wastewater staff who should attend, track attendance, and schedule refreshers as needed. 5. This individual directs the operations which involve training and direction of a minimum 10 employees. This individual is also responsible for the correct and safe operation of all plant processes and equipment. 1. Dictates settings for all operational processes and equipment such as levels, flows, pressures, temperature and any other things related to the operation of the process. 2. Responsible for the controlled operations of the major plant process. 3. Responsible for solving operational problems within assigned capabilities. 4.
