1. PREFACE This report comprises of tests and results, which were performed by FTI Facade Testing Institute at the address; Çakıl Village -Baglar Region, PK.39 34540 Çatalca - Istanbul/ TURKIYE. Test sample comprises of a part of concrete systems have been designed which names are PLS 50/30 (Anchorage Channel ) PLV 54/33 ( M12x60 ) ( T Bolts ) and PLS 52/34 ( Anchorage Channel ) PLV 54/33 ( M12x60 ) ( T Bolts ) by Link Yapı ve Tesisat Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Tests were carried out in October 2012 for the determination of the Static and Dynamic test method for seismic drift. Test sample has been sent to FTI Façade Testing Institute s testing laboratories on 05.10.2012. 2. CLIENT Link Yapı ve Tesisat Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Fahri Korutürk Cad. Metal Sk. No: 5 Kartal / İstanbul / TÜRKİYE 3. TEST METHODS The above mentioned tests have been carried out as per the test methods provided in project specifications and classified on the standards indicated below. Tests have been reported as the number of 050.100.1 / 2012. CONDITIONS Local Temperature : 23 ºC Atmospheric Pressure : 1010 Mbar Ambient Humidity : 47 % Test Stand : 6 7. TEST PERFORMANCE 7.1. Seismic Test Two differences size samples were used at this test. Samples have different height. Same test procedure was applied on two samples. 1. Sample: 2800 ( Wide ) x 1500 ( Height ) x 400 ( Depth ) mm 2. 1. Sample PLS 50/30 ( Anchorage Channels ) PLV 54/33 ( M12x60 ) ( T Bolts ) were used for this test. Test was started static seismic drift. Nuts, which are used for fixing T bolt, were tighten by means of torque meter. Bottom nuts were tighten with 80 Nm. Top nut was tighten with 100 Nm. Concrete block is 3948 kg.you can see sample picture, anchorage channel place and T bolt in Figure 1. Figure 1. Simulated Concrete block, Anchorage Channel and T Bolt Force was applied top T Bolt which was fixed to the movable steel beam of the test stand. Test shall consist of three full cycles. A cycle is defined as a full displacement in one drection, back to the originating point, full displacement in the opposite direction, and back to the originating point. * Anchorages were moved up to + 8,7 mm for 3 times. There was no damage or fracture observed in anchorage channel, T bolt and on the sample at the end of the test. ( 2012.175.02 / 11.10.2012 ) Movable steel beam were moved at horizontal direction: * Firstly, Steel beam was moved between 0 to + 75 mm in 0,8 Hz ( totally 150 mm ) * Subsequently, Steel beam was moved between + 75 mm to + 150 mm in 0,4 Hz ( totally 300 mm ) There was no damage or fracture observed in anchorage channel, T bolt and on the sample at the end of the test. 2. Sample PLS 52/34 ( Anchorage Channels ) PLV 54/33 ( M12x60 ) ( T Bolts ) were used for this test. Test was started static seismic drift.
