HORIZONTAL DRY BATCHING PLANTS LORETO SERIES Batching plants entirely preassembled and in compact dimensions, for an easy installation in a restricted area with difficult access. The plants require simple and economic foundation with an easy and quick installation as well as short times. The aggregates storage and batching unit is completely hotgalvanized to preserve the plant for a long operational life. Aggregates weigh bin, by electropneumatically operated gates, with weight batcher equipped with electronic loading cells and extraction belt conveyor. Cement batching by electronic loading cells with weight bin, complete with electric vibrator, discharge valve and screw conveyor to feed the truckmixer. A laterally discharge inclined belt conveyor with hotgalvanized structure feed the batched aggregates to the truckmixer. An electronic water flow meter batch the necessary water. A wide range of accessories are available to meet the requirement of the customers. The high grade of quality standard of manufacturing, like the completely hotgalvanized construction, offer several solution of aggregates storage either for the number of compartment or for production capacity. The wide range of accessories is also optionally available to meet any kind of specifications of the customer as well as sand moisture measuring probes installed at the discharge gates, automatic controls, additives weight batchers, cement silos and antidust emission filters at the loading points of the truckmixer. DUAL PLANTS TWIN FRAME The plants DUAL DT are the synthesis of the large flexibility of the PERSONAL series plants. These dry batch plants assure great production of concrete within limited area of installation and economic costs of operation and maintenance. The plants DUAL DT are made by one unit of aggregates linear storage bin with a twin batching module complete with separate and independent aggregates weight batchers, extraction belts and feeding for two loading points for truckmixers. The two independent points of loading for truckmixer and their position can be customized to satisfy any requirement where are practically needed two batching plants in one unit.
HORIZONTAL CONCRETE PLANTS DRY/WET WET LORETO / PERSONAL SERIES The high grade of versatility of the plants of LORETO and PERSONAL Series offer a large types of mixing plants for the preparation of readymix concrete with or without the bypass for the dry loading of the truckmixers to meet the best solution either for the Readymix or the Construction Companies. CIFAMIX, THE MODULAR CONCRETE PLANT CIFAMIX 2000, 2, 3000 is the synthesis of a modular and versatile system for an extremely compact, reliable mixing plants with high performances with the respect for environment to produce high quality concrete permanently under control. The modular structure of the plant enable to satisfy a wide range of specifications either for production requirement or climatic conditions. The extreme modular structure of CIFAMIX with production per hour from 90 to 120 m3 of quality concrete offer mixing unit with installation of horizontal twinshaft forced mixers or alternatively, for the CIFAMIX 2000 a planetary mixer is also available. A tilting skiphoist without pits feeds the batched aggregates at the mixer. The module for aggregates storage and batching unit is available with 456 compartments with capacity from 100 to 300 m3 The twin frame DUAL DT can also be combined to have 240 m3/h output within small area. The modules are manufactured with hotgalvanized steel and structures assembled and wired in the factory to ensure an easy and fast installation with an economic road or sea transport. COMPACTEASY, THE PLANT IN ONE UNIT ONLY CIFA COMPACTEASY is a concrete mixing plant for Contractors and readymix Companies which need high quality standards and performance without high costs of installation concerning foundation works, time for putting into operation and easy erection, dismounting and transport. CIFA COMPACTEASY is a compact roadtransportable main unit by a lowbed trailer with full assembled and wired equipment for the control, batching, conveying and mixing. Additional trailers are necessary for the accessories to complete the plant under the specific request. CIFA COMPACTEASY 1500 is suitable for an easily transport, quick erection and ready to produce quality concrete within a short time from the arrival on site. For installation no special foundations or pits are required. We optionally supply a steel frame and accessories for installation on prepared compacted ground under CIFA specifications. TOWER PLANTS The project of the CIFA tower plants enable the installation of the mixing plant with small area dimensions with big storage capacity and high production. The compact design and enclosure of the plant offer the complete safety for the limitation of dust emission, insulation and noise reduction. The CIFA tower plants are a well known solution for the readymix Companies to produce quality concrete and that are looking for durable installation and for the Contractors involved in great project of civil engineering where CIFA has developed his knowhow since the first installation in 1954. The composition of the plants is studied in strength cooperation with the customer proposing a one design project suitable to meet entirely the request of big production capacity with batching and mixing systems for dry or wet plants with installation of one or more mixers of different models, planetary, pantype, twinshaft or the well CIFA proven tilting mixers for preparation of large volume concrete for dams constructions.
CONTINUOUS MIXING PLANTS FOR STABILIZED CONCRETE AND RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete) The CIFA plants MIC series for the preparation of stabilized concrete meet the necessity of continuos production of the special concrete required for the execution of railways, roads, highways and airports by volumetric or weighing batching system with installation of special continuous flow mixers (pug mills). AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS The CIFA batching and mixing plants can be controlled by sophisticated and technologically advanced automatic control system realized by PLC and PC for the complete control of the concrete preparation within definite quality parameters, the planning of deliveries and the statistics management or the productions data. The dialog interface between the computer control and the operator have been developed to give an high intuitiveness to all the operation to set and control the production with screens and printing in Italian and foreign languages depending by the Country of final destination. values for the calculation in real time at each batch of the compensation values to increase the quantity of the respective sands and proportional deduction of the water batching to keep constant the water/sand ratio stated in the mixdesign. In special application is also possible to install concrete consistency control device with probes in the mixing room to ensure always the same repeatability of the consistence value for each mixdesign at mixer discharge. According to the modul philosophy of CIFA plants also the automatic control systems CIFA PC are prepared for the installation with expanded packages for connection with hostcomputers, network with several concrete plants, management of the truckmixers with remote control, connection with quality control laboratories as well as teleassistance. The concrete quality can be ensured with the optional installation of sand moisture measuring devices with conductive, capacitive or microwaves probes with automatic transmission to the PC of the measured Special care have been used by CIFA to develop and install highly reliable control and management systems to ensure the constant quality of the produced concrete: additive weightbatchers available in module to batch 1, 2 or 3 kind of liquid additives by indipendent electronic weighing systems; sand moisture measuring device with capacitive probes; "Wattmetric" system to indicate the consistency value of the concrete produced by mixer.
CONCRETE PLANTS BY THE ENVIRONMENT SIDE Save of the enviroment is the main objective of CIFA. Considering this point CIFA has projected optional equipment for all the batching and mixing plants as efficient suction dedusting systems with special selfcleaning suction filters, enclosure of the plant by insulated panels for the reduction of the noise pollution with a design for a low aggressive enviroment impact. The dedusting equipment reduce the dusting pollution in the environment which are unavoidable generated during the batching, mixing and truckmixers feeding operation. The cement silos can be equipped with selfcleaning filters to be installed on the silo roof, the cement weigh bin of the dry plants are equipped with cartridge type filters with cleaning by counterflow air pressure system, the mixer are equipped with dynamic filter with high prevalence dust exhauster. The loading point of truckmixers for the dry batching plants can be equipped with the compact filtering system type EKOS 2/12 with telescopic bellow and dynamic filter of 12 or with the loading station type EKOS 2/70 which has a suction hood and a 70 filter installed above the cement weight batcher with the direct discharge of the collected dust in this last one. The enclosure systems of the CIFA plants are made by prepainted steel sheets or thermalinsulated sandwich panel with solution of lateral enclosure or total covering depeding by the type of each installation.

CONCRETE RECYCLING EQUIPMENT CIFA develops two systems for the recycling of the residual concrete caused by the SRC 700 washing of truckmixers and concrete pumps and the return back of concrete for some deliveries in the truckmixers. SRC 700 has the capacity to recycle up to 15 /h. It consist of a screwconveyor separator with the aim to separate the aggregates from water with lime and cement content; the aggregates are mechanically lifted and simultaneously washed by spraying nozzles during the conveying. The waste water is collected in a proper tank. VIBROWASH has the capacity to recycle up to 30 m3/h.
