Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn: Canxi hydroxyapatit, công thức Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 (OH) 2 có các đặc tính quý giá như: có hoạt tính và độ tương thích sinh học cao với các tế bào và các mô, tạo liên kết trực tiếp với xương non dẫn đến sự tái sinh xương nhanh mà không bị cơ thể đào thải. Để nâng cao đặc tính của HA trong các ứng dụng dược học và y sinh học, một xu hướng mới là tạo ra vật liệu compozit bằng cách phân tán HA vào các polyme sinh học. Các polyme đang được tập trung nghiên cứu theo hướng nàylà các polyme tự nhiên như collagen, chitosan, alginat, hay các polyme tổng hợp như poly (lactideco-galactide) Vật liệu compozit sinh học trên cơ sở HA và polyme tự nhiên được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong công nghệ mô, phẫu thuật chỉnh hình, truyền dẫn thuốc, nhả thuốc Để góp phần tạo ra một loại vật liệu có nhiều ưu điểm và khả năng ứng dụng trong y sinh học và dược học, chúng tôi lựa chọn đề tài: Nghiên cứu tổng hợp canxi hydroxyapatit trên nền alginat tách từ rong biển Nha Trang (Việt Nam).
- Những nội dung nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu tổng hợp vật liệu compozit HA/Alg bằng phương pháp kết tủa. Khảo sát một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến độ đơn pha, độ tinh thể, kích thước hạt và trạng thái tập hợp của vật liệu compozit. - Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Luận văn sử dụng các phương pháp vật lý hiện đại để khảo sát, đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm thu được như: Phương pháp nhiễu xạ tia X (XRD); Phương pháp phổ hồng ngoại (FTIR), Phương pháp hiển vi điện tử quét (SEM); Phương pháp hiển vi điện tử truyền qua (TEM); Phương pháp phân tích nhiệt (DTA-TGA). - Nghiên cứu tổng hợp được compozit HA/alginat có kích thước nanomet từ Ca(OH) 2, H 3 PO 4 và alginat. Sử dụng các phương pháp vật lý để đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm trên độ đơn pha, kích thước tinh thể trung bình, hình dạng, độ tinh thể và sự phân bố của HA trong sản phẩm. - Khảo sát ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố: hàm lượng alginat trong compozit, khảo sát ảnh hưởng của nhiệt độ, khảo sát ảnh hưởng của tốc độ cấp axit, khảo sát ảnh hưởng của dung môi, khảo sát ảnh hưởng của tốc độ khuấy trộn, khảo sát ảnh hưởng điều kiện làm khô và khảo sát sơ bộ của bức xạ siêu âm đến độ đơn pha, kích thước hạt và độ tinh thể của sản phẩm. - Kết quả cho thấy: + Hàm lượng alginat ảnh hưởng nhiều đến kích thước hạt trung bình, hình dạng và độ tinh thể của sản phẩm. + Nhiệt độ phản ứng tăng làm kích thước hạt trung bình và độ tinh thể của sản phẩm tăng. + Các yếu tố (tốc độ cấp axit, thời gian già hóa và tốc độ khuấy) không ảnh hưởng nhiều đến kích thước hạt trung bình nhưng ảnh hưởng mạnh đến độ tinh thể của sản phẩm.
+ Dung môi ảnh hưởng mạnh đến độ đơn pha của sản phẩm. Trong dung môi etanol, sản phẩm của phản ứng là CaHPO 4 và CaHPO 4.2H 2 O. + Điều kiện sấy khô sản phẩm không ảnh hưởng đến độ đơn pha, kích thước hạt trung bình, nhưng ảnh hưởng đến hình dạng và sự phân bố các hạt HA trong compozit. + Sóng siêu âm làm tăng kích thước hạt và không ảnh hưởng nhiều đến độ tinh thể của sản phẩm. - Các sản phẩm composit HA/alginat thu được đều có đặc trưng về độ đơn pha, kích thước hạt, hình dạng và độ tinh thể. Trên cơ sở các kết quả đã đạt được, có thể lựa chọn điều kiện tổng hợp compozit HA/Alg phù hợp cho những ứng dụng khác nhau trong từng điều kiện cụ thể. 12. Researching on the combination of calcium hydroxyapatite of the foundation of the splitted alginate from Nha Trang seaweed. - The contents of the study: Research synthetic composite materials HA Alg by in-situ precipitation method method. Surveying a number of factors affecting the single phase, the crystallite size and status of the set of composite materials. - Research methodology: Thesis using modern physical methods to survey and assess the quality of the product obtained as: X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR); Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM); Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM); Thermal Analysis (DTA-TGA). - Research synthetic composite HA / alginate size nanometer from Ca(OH) 2, H 3 PO 4 and alginate. Use of physical methods to assess the quality of products on the single phase, average crystallite size, the shape, the degree of crystallinity and the distribution of HA in the product. - Survey of the influence factors: concentration of alginate in the composite, investigated the effect of temperature, investigated the effect of speed acid, investigated the effect of solvent, investigated the effect of stirring mix speed, investigated the effect of drying conditions and preliminary survey of ultrasonic radiation to the single phase, particle size and the degree of crystallinity on the product. - The results show that: + Alginate concentrations affect the average particle size, shape and the degree of crystallinity on the product. + Reaction temperature increases as the average particle size and the degree of crystallinity on the product increases.
+ Factors (speed acid, aging time and stirring speed) do not affect the average particle size but strong influence the degree of crystalline on the product. + Solvent strongly influenced to the single-phase products. In ethanol, the product of the reaction is CaHPO 4 and CaHPO 4.2H 2 O. + Conditions dried products do not affect the single-phase, average particle size, but affects the shape and the distribution of HA particles in the composite. + The ultrasonic wave increases the particle size and does not affect the degree of crystallinity on the product. - The products of composite HA / alginate obtained to have characterized in terms of single-phase, particle size, shape and the degree of crystallinity. On the basis of results achieved, can choose synthesis conditions composite HA / Alg suitable for different applications in each specific condition. 12.
