1 TẬP HUẤN PHÁT TRIỂN MÔ HÌNH KINH DOANH RRR - HÀ NỘI (RRR: Reduce - Reuse - Recycle : Giảm thiểu và Tái sử dụng năng lượng) Thông báo tới các Doanh nghiệp và Chuyên gia đào tạo cewas, tổ chức quốc tế về Quản lý Dịch vụ Nước, lần đầu tiên tổ chức khóa học ngắn hạn (6 ngày) về Phát triển Mô hình Kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực Thu hồi tài nguyên và Tái sử dụng an toàn (RRR) tới các Doanh nghiệp và các Chuyên gia đào tạo tại Hà Nội. Khoá học là cơ hội để phát triển ý tưởng mở rộng kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực thu hồi tài nguyên từ nguồn chất thải rắn và chất thải lỏng. Đào tạo Phát triển Mô hình Kinh doanh RRR cho các Doanh nghiệp và Chuyên gia đào tạo nằm trong chuỗi hoạt động có thể nhận được hỗ trợ tài chính khi triển khai RRR. Bối cảnh Trong hoàn cảnh một nửa dân số thế giới sẽ thiếu nước sạch vào năm 2025 và nguồn nước cấp cho hoạt động nông nghiệp bị cạn kiệt, việc thu hồi và tái sử dụng nguồn nước, chất dinh dưỡng và năng lượng đang trở nên cấp thiết. Tại các nước đang phát triển, việc quản lý thiếu hiệu quả các nguồn chất thải rắn và chất thải lỏng đang gây ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng tới sức khoẻ cộng đồng và ô nhiễm môi trường. Đào tạo Phát triển Mô hình Kinh doanh RRR cho các Doanh nghiệp và Chuyên gia đào tạo được xây dựng bởi cewas ( trực thuộc Cơ quan Phát triển và Hợp tác Thuỵ Sỹ (SDC, hiện tại đang tài trợ cho dự án RRR. Mô hình sẽ phản ánh, kết hợp và hiện thực hoá các kết quả nghiên cứu mới nhất nhằm thu hồi tài nguyên bề vững từ nguồn thải lỏng và rắn từ các nước châu Phi, châu Á và Mỹ Latinh. 3 Nội dung đào tạo Khoá học 6 ngày bao gồm các hội thảo về Phát triển mô hình kinh doanh và đào tạo, chuyển giao kinh nghiệm trong chuẩn bị mô hình kinh doanh RRR trong tương lai. Nội dung khoá học dựa trên Mô hình Kinh doanh Canvas, một công cụ quản lý doanh nghiệp cho phép mô tả, phân tích và thiết kế mô hình kinh doanh. Các học viên sẽ được hướng dẫn cụ thể cách thức xây dựng mô hình kinh doanh ngay trong quá trình diễn ra khoá học. Học viên được cung cấp các khái niệm, quy trình và kỹ năng nhằm phát hiện các cơ hội kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực RRR. Đồng thời, học viên được giới thiệu các công cụ cho phép xác định, mô hình hoá và phân tích các rủi ro về sức khoẻ và tổng thể liên quan tới Mô hình Kinh doanh RRR, từ đó đề xuất các biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro. Các học phần trong khoá đào tạo được thiết kế phù hợp, đem lại lợi ích lớn nhất cho người học: Phần 1 ( Đào tạo ) giới thiệu các kiến thức cơ bản, phương pháp và phương tiện sử dụng trong đào tạo kinh doanh. Các học viên được cung cấp kỹ năng huấn luyện để thực hiện các học phần còn lại của khoá học. Phần 2 ( Đầu vào ) cung cấp các khái niệm, quy trình và kỹ năng cần thiết để xác định cơ hội kinh doanh RRR. Phần 3 ( Mô hình kinh doanh RRR ) giới thiệu Mô hình kinh doanh Canvas và các mô hình kinh doanh thành công sử dụng năng lượng, nguồn dinh dưỡng và nước thải để phát triển kinh doanh RRR. Phần 4 ( Phát triển Kinh doanh Chuyển hoá Mô hình Kinh doanh tổng quát vào Doanh nghiệp ) giới thiệu các công cụ giúp chuyển hoá mô hình kinh doanh tổng quát vào mô hình kinh doanh cụ thể của học viên Phần 5 ( Quản lý rủi ro về sức khoẻ và tổng thể ) tập trung vào các công cụ cho phép xác định, mô hình hoá và phân tích các rủi ro về sức khoẻ và tổng thể, các biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro trong triển khai mô hình kinh doanh RRR. Chứng nhận Các học viên hoàn thành khoá đào tạo Phát triển Mô hình Kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực RRR sẽ được cấp Chứng nhận tốt nghiệp do cewas cấp. 4 Học phí Học viên được miễn học phí tham dự khoá đào tạo Phát triển Mô hình Kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực RRR. Người học chỉ phải đóng góp 75 USD (bảy mươi lăm đô la Mỹ) chi trả chi phí tiệc trà và ăn trưa trong suốt khoá học. This training is ideal for professionals who wish to expand their proficiency in promising business models for the safe resource recovery from liquid and solid waste. The RRR Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs and Trainers is part of a series of advanced business development activities that will also see financial contributions to the implementation of selected RRR activities in one or more cities. Background & Context Recovery of water, nutrients and energy is a very high priority, as half the world s population is predicted to live in water stressed areas by 2025, and agricultural resources are also being depleted. 11 Training Contents The 6-day RRR Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs and Trainers doublesup as business model development workshop and hands-on-training of trainers and coaches in the preparation and facilitation of RRR Business Development Trainings in future. It is designed around the Business Model Canvas, an entrepreneurial tool for describing, analysing, and designing business models and driven by one-on-one coaching in the business model generation - promoting immediate workplace transference. Participants will gain relevant conceptual, process and technology knowledge in RRR in order to be able to identify potential business opportunities and be introduced to tools that allow to identify, formulate and analyse potential health and integrity risks associated to RRR Business Models and identify respective mitigation measures. The integrated Training-the-Trainers Module focuses on required skills and tools for the successful preparation, facilitation and follow-up of adult training activities. It introduces key concepts, methods and instruments for training and business coaching that help in the assessment of training needs, the identification of training goals and objectives, the designing of a training agenda and the identification of suitable training methods and coaching techniques. Module 1 ( Training the Trainers ) introduces key concepts, methods and instruments for training and business coaching. It prepares trainers/coaches for on-the-jobtraining of running the other modules. Module 2 ( Sector Inputs ) provides needed conceptual, process and technology knowledge to be able to identify potential RRR business opportunities. Module 3 ( Business Models in RRR ) introduces the Business Model Canvas and shortlisted generic business models in the business fields energy, nutrient and wastewater as potential entry points for RRR business ventures. Module 4 ( Business Development Part I - Entrepreneurial Adaptation of Generic Business Models ) introduces tools that help in the transformation of a generic business model into your own very specific RRR business model. Module 5 ( Health Effects and Integrity Management ) focuses on tools that allow to identify, formulate and analyse potential health and integrity risks and identify respective mitigation measures for your specific RRR business model. 20 Training Contents The 6-day RRR Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs and Trainers is designed around the Business Model Canvas, an entrepreneurial tool for describing, analysing, and designing business models and driven by one-on-one coaching in the business model generation - promoting immediate workplace transference. Participants will gain relevant conceptual, process and technology knowledge in RRR in order to be able to identify potential business opportunities and be introduced to tools that allow to identify, formulate and analyse potential health and integrity risks associated to RRR Business Models and identify respective mitigation measures. The integrated Training-the-Trainers Module focuses on required skills and tools for the successful preparation, facilitation and follow-up of adult training activities. It introduces key concepts, methods and instruments for training and business coaching that help in the assessment of training needs, the identification of training goals and objectives, the designing of a training agenda and the identification of suitable training methods and coaching techniques. Certification Teams of participants who have successfully completed the RRR Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs and Trainers will receive a "Certificate of Graduation" issued by cewas. Workshop Costs Applying to the RRR Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs and Trainers is free of charge. Those accepted will have to pay a minimum attendance fee of USD 75,- (US Dollars seventy-five only) that will include light snacks and lunches for each participant at workshops days. 21 Module 2 ( Sector Inputs ) provides needed conceptual, process and technology knowledge in RRR to be able to identify potential RRR business opportunities. Module 3 ( Business Models in RRR ) introduces the Business Model Canvas and shortlisted generic business models in the business fields energy, nutrient and wastewater as potential entry points for RRR business ventures. Module 4 ( Business Development Part I - Entrepreneurial Adaptation of Generic Business Models ) introduces tools that help in the transformation of a generic business model into a specific RRR business model. Module 5 ( Health Effects & Integrity Management ) focuses on tools that allow to identify, formulate and analyse potential health and integrity risks and identify respective mitigation measures. Este curso de capacitación es ideal para los profesionales que deseen ampliar sus conocimientos y habilidades en el desarrollo de modelos de negocio en el campo de la recuperación de recursos a partir desechos. La capacitación en Desarrollo empresarial en recuperación de recursos y reciclaje seguro (RRR) para emprendedores y futuros facilitadores es parte de una serie de actividades del proyecto "Recuperación de Recursos y Reciclaje Seguro (RRR): De la investigación a la Implementación" financiado por la Agencia Suiza para el Desarrollo y la Cooperación (COSUDE). En este proyecto actualmente se evalúa la factibilidad de ciertos modelos de negocios para ser luego implementados en algunas ciudades, entre ellas posiblemente Lima, del año 2015 en adelante. Esta segunda fase del proyecto RRR incluirá contribuciones financieras a un grupo de emprendedores para la implementación de modelos de negocio RRR, por lo que la participación en esta capacitación permitirá a sus participantes diseñar un buen modelo de negocio, dándoles una gran ventaja en la etapa de solicitud de financiamiento. Antecedentes y contexto Actualmente los sistemas de saneamiento para el manejo de residuos líquidos y sólidos domésticos no se dan abasto, y la descarga indiscriminada de agua residuales y desechos ha causado la contaminación exacerbada de los cuerpos de agua y ecosistemas terrestres. Considerando que los recursos para la producción agrícola son limitados y que la competencia por el agua potable, los alimentos y la energía va en aumento, la recuperación de agua, nutrientes y energía a partir de desechos líquidos y sólidos no es mas una opción, sino una necesidad, por lo que debe convertirse en un componente clave de la gestión de los recursos naturales para el desarrollo sostenible. Perfil de los participantes La capacitación Desarrollo empresarial en recuperación de recursos y reciclaje seguro (RRR) para emprendedores y futuros facilitadores está diseñada para empresas ya establecidas y para facilitadores con experiencia, 1) que estén abiertos a ideas innovadoras y enfoques integrales para la gestión del agua, el saneamiento y desechos sólidos, y 2) que quieran ampliar su cartera para incluir productos y servicios en la recuperación de recursos a partir de los flujos de residuos sólidos y líquidos. Así mismo, la convocatoria está abierta para aquellos emprendedores y emprendedoras jóvenes, que estén por recibirse o acaben de terminar sus estudios de pregrado y/o postgrado, y que tengan el plan de fundar una empresa en el sector de recuperación de recursos. Comenzado un proceso de formación en desarrollo empresarial en recuperación de recursos seguro, que continuará con capacitaciones y sesiones de tutoría durante los próximos años. Logrado una ventaja en la solicitud de financiamiento durante la etapa de implementación de modelos RRR en el año Contenidos de la capacitación La capacitación en desarrollo de negocios en RRR de un total de 6 días está diseñada a partir del Método canvas de modelos de negocio, el cual es una herramienta empresarial para la descripción, el análisis y el diseño de modelos de negocio. El taller cuenta con continuas sesiones individuales con los participantes, dándoles apoyo en la generación de modelos de negocio adaptados a las capacidades de la empresa y a su visión. Los participantes obtendrán conocimiento relevante acerca de procesos y tecnologías relacionadas con la recuperación de recursos y el reciclaje seguro (RRR), que les permitirá identificar oportunidades potenciales de negocio. Además se presentarán herramientas que permitirán a los participantes identificar, formular y analizar los posibles riesgos para la salud, así como riesgos éticos y de integridad laboral, asociados a los modelos de negocio RRR, identificando además posibles medidas de mitigación. El componente de formación de futuros facilitadores se centrará en proveer a los participantes con las habilidades y herramientas necesarias para la preparación, facilitación y seguimiento de actividades de formación y tutoría de emprendedores en el sector de RRR. Este introducirá métodos para la evaluación de necesidades de capacitación, la identificación de metas y objetivos de la formación, el diseño de un programa de capacitación, así como métodos de entrenamiento adecuados y técnicas de entrenamiento. Programa de la capacitación Módulo 1 ("Formación de futuros facilitadores"): presenta los conceptos claves, métodos e instrumentos para la formación y la tutoría en negocios. Módulo 2 ("Información del sector RRR"): proporciona conocimientos en procesos y tecnologías en el sector RRR para poder identificar posibles oportunidades de negocio. Módulo 3 ("Modelos de negocio en RRR"): introduce el modelo de negocio canvas y un listado de modelos de negocio genéricos identificados durante el proyecto RRR en las áreas de negocio "energía", "nutrientes" y "aguas residuales". Módulo 4 ("Desarrollo de negocios, parte I - Adaptación de modelos de negocio genéricos"): introduce herramientas que ayudan en la transformación de un modelo de negocio genérico en un modelo específico de negocios RRR. Módulo 5 ("Efectos en la salud y gestión de la integridad"): se centra en las herramientas que permiten identificar, formular y analizar los posibles riesgos para la salud y la integridad laboral e identificar las medidas de mitigación correspondientes.
