20 Advantages and Disadvantages in operation of grid supplied from China Advantages : - Power supply from China is quite stable - Outage probability low - Closely and frequent collaboration between two dispatching units 20

21 Advantages and Disadvantages in operation of grid supplied from China Disadvantages: - Supply by tie-line with long distance - Low voltage at downstream at high load - Destabilize easily when the 220kV connection line tripped - Difficult to control the output registered by the strong development of small and medium hydro power plant. Especially at the period between the dry and rainy seasons - Industrial load at downstream may cause voltage fluctuations 21
