Instructions for your fellowship/accomodation application These instructions help you in writing your application for scholarship and accomodation on the LAZIODISU website. LAZIODISU is the Regional Agency for the Right to University Education of Lazio and aims at promoting the admission and the attendance of academic studies to deserving students who find themselves in financial need, in the framework of the competences relating to the right to academic studies attributed by the Italian law to State, Regions and Universities. LAZIODISU provides support to the study attendance and life of students through scholarships and accomodation service, granted by public competition. The application requires that you register on the LAZIODISU website at the link http://www.laziodisu.it/. The application is made of two steps: you can complete the first step at home by filling the forms as described in these guidelines. The second step must be completed once you are in Italy. Please note that, before starting your application, you must obtain a temporary codice fiscale (tax code), as described in the Instructions for obtaining a temporary tax code.
First of all, go the LAZIODISU website (http://www.laziodisu.it/) and go to the AREA RISERVATA PER GLI STUDENTI. Throughout the guidelines you will find the examples of the pages together with a translation automatically obtained by GoogleTranslate (the translation is not always perfect, but it helps).
Proceed to the page for your registration on the system
Fill the form with your data and press Invio (send). Please note that you must also provide your codice fiscale (tax code). You should have obtained a temporary code by following the Instructions for obtaining a temporary tax code. In the last section you must provide an username and a password for accessing the reserved area where you can fill the application form.
Once you have completed the registration, you should receive an email from the system that remembers you the username and the password you provided. At this point you can proceed to the application form.
Go back to the page Area riservata per gli studenti and enter the reserved area with your username/password.
Click AGGIUNGI RICHIESTA (add request)
Then select Richiedi in the section Benefici a concorso Anno Accademico 2015/2016
At this point, you can start filling the application form by clicking MODIFICA in the central cell
You can now see a sort of chain with all the steps to be accomplished (in red). Click the first one (Anagrafica) to begin.
Anagrafica The first part of the section is already completed. You must fill the other three parts. Once you finished, click Invia to go on.
Residenza Here you must provide the details of your home address.
Domicilio This section refers to your address in Italy. Youn can fill it as it is shown below.
Domicilio legale This section requires the address for official communications. You can choose your home address, as it is shown below.
Iscrizione This section refers to the course you are enrolling to. If you are a Telecommunications Engineering student you should fill the first three parts as shown below. The last part asks for some data about the degree you have obtained before: you must provide the name of the University and of the Faculty and the academic year in which you obtained your degree. The two fields pointed by red arrows must be filled as shown below.

Dati economici In this section you must provide some data related to the income of your family
Richiesta benefici Last section! Here you specify the benefits you require to LAZIODISU. In the case you ask for both scholarship and accomodation, you should fill the section as shown below.
Mission accomplished! At the end you should arrive at this final section. Here is provided the identification code of your application, that you must keep for future communications. However, all the filled forms are visible when you enter the reserved student area.
