We pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and innovation. Whittard stocks over 150 teas and coffees, including unique house blends and speciality teas and coffees purchased directly from individual estates. The highest quality teas and coffees are purchased directly from the growers at a premium price, which offers long-term stability and allows investment in the farmers future. Whittard of Chelsea consists of over 140 shops throughout England, Scotland and Wales. We have a number of shops based in prime tourist locations across the UK including flagship stores in London s Regent Street and Heathrow Airport. 2

All price lists and catalogues issued by us are subject to change without notice and you should ensure when ordering that you are working from our latest issued price list or catalogue. Carriage: We will deliver the goods carriage to one address on all UK mainland orders. Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain quoted times for delivery all times are to be treated as estimates only not involving us in any liability for failure to deliver within such times. Resale: Goods are not to be resold outside the UK or the territory described on the invoice or order without our prior written approval. 7. The Purchaser is liable to a charge at the rate of 4% per annum above HSBC Bank plc base rate for any amounts overdue for payment. EXPORT: Unless otherwise agreed payment in full will be required at the time the order is placed. 8.Delivery and Risk: Claims for loss or damage in transit can only be accepted if notified to the Company in writing within seven days of receipt of invoice in the case of loss. The return of goods will not be accepted without the prior agreement of the Company. Risk in the goods passes to the Purchaser when the goods are off loaded in accordance with the originating order. The Company may withhold delivery pending payment of any sums due from the Purchaser. All items, especially of china, are ordered at the Purchaser s own risk, and whilst suitable packaging is provided, the china is not insured by the Company. Breakages cannot be reimbursed. Please allow 28 days from receipt of order until despatch of your order. In no event shall the Company be liable for any claims except as provided for in these Conditions and in no circumstances shall be liable for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever howsoever arising in respect of goods sold or services provided. 9. Reservations of Trade: Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that the Company may have, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk, property in and title to the goods shall remain with the Company until the Company has received payment of the full price of all goods and/or services supplied to the Purchaser by the Company under any contract or order whatsoever. Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable under these terms and conditions and all other contracts between the Purchaser and the Company. 10.
