Setting Steps: (1) Click on setting button (2) User can set URL, APN, Date/Time and Update Application (if available) from setting menu and Close the menu. (3) For setting URL Type URL (cgmatr.ncode.in) in textbox, then click on Save button. (4) For setting APN Click on combo box ->choose network operator To view APN drop down menu Set focus on combo box and press F4 key from keypad To change APN name Click on-> APN textbox ->type APN -> Set APN button (n)code Solutions Page 4

Login Steps: (1) Enter Username and Password in textbox (2) Click on Login button to login After clicking on Login button, Device will check whether GPS co-ordinates are available or not. After successful Login, device will show next screen. If device is out of range from specified mine area, it will give message Distance Verification Failed. Steps: Create Royalty Pass (1) Click on-> Create Royalty Pass button (2) Fill all the fields in the application Distance must be between 1 to 9999(km) Initial Weight must be between 0.001 to 99.999(Metric Tons) and 1 to 99999(Kilograms) End date must be at least 1 hour greater than Start date. (3) Click on Issue button to issue the pass (4) If pass is issued successfully, it will show pop-up menu of Royalty Pass Code (5) Click on OK button to print the royalty pass (n)code Solutions Page 7
(1) To ON/OFF power, press Power key Keypad Functions (2) To change keypad mode from alphabetic to numeric or vice versa, press aa1 key (3) To go to next element, press TAB key and To go to previous element, press F3 key (4) To scroll display upper side, press F1 key and To scroll display lower side, press F2 key (5) To unlock the keypad, first press ESC then key (n)code Solutions Page 8

Troubleshooting (1) If message "Unable to Connect Server" is displayed at login time, please check whether GPRS is ON or not. If it is OFF then turn it ON from setting menu as mentioned in setting part. (2) If GPS is not available, please go to the open area and try again. (3) If error message GPRS module communication Failed! is displayed, then please check whether SIM card is properly inserted in slot or not as shown in image. (4) If battery charging is below 15% during printing of pass, it will give error message "Low Battery" and pass won t print. To resolve this issue, connect battery charger and try again. (5) If error message Paper not available.. Please Load..! is displayed during printing of pass, please load paper roll in device and press F1 key. (n)code Solutions Page 11
