Access system Aptus access, entry phone and booking systems create secure environments for tenants in apartment buildings and costeffective property administration. Based on your needs What do we mean by perimeter protection? Access is controlled by means of entry phones and readers on all doors leading into the property. What is an access system? Some people think installing an Aptus system will be very complicated. It doesn t have to be. For instance, you could begin by installing an entry phone and some readers on the doors to your communal refuse and bicycle rooms. This provides effective perimiter protection. An access system controls access to and inside a property, making sure the right people have access to the right areas. For example, your key might give you access to the whole property while your kids key doesn t work in the garage door and workmen can only access the building during certain times. An access system also saves you the worry of replacing costly lock cylinders, or of having copied keys and master keys floating around. FACT # 1 An Aptus key is programmed with a unique code. When it is held up to a reader, the system decides whether or not to unlock the door.

Entry phone Entry phone vs. code lock A code easily gets spread around. An entry phone doesn t allow visitors in until you ve approved their call. What s more, an entry phone has a digital door register that guides visitors to your apartment. Entry phone calls reach the apartment via the analog phone system, IP telephony or a handset in the apartment. The tenant can choose to open the door from inside the apartment.

Apps The Aptus system fits in your pocket TITTA SMARTPHONE Do you want to see who s calling on your entry phone? Install a camera next to the entry phone and connect it to the Titta Smartphone app. The apps can be downloaded free from Google Play and App Store. LÅSA SMARTPHONE This app marks another step towards a keyless world. We ve done away with mechanical keys and make use of phones. The app allows the property owner to easily control the keys in the building while tenants keep check of their apartment doors. BOKA SMARTPHONE The first modern laundry room was installed in Sweden in 1925. We supplied our first electronic booking boards in the early 1990s. In 2010 we launched the world s first smartphone app for booking communal facilities in apartment buildings.

Agera 19 has a user-friendly touchscreen interface with information ranging from timetables to weather and functions including laundry booking and service requests.
