While conducting design in this area with high reach opportunity, being able to catch the attractive scenery of Prince Islands and Istanbul became our first priority. Structure form was determined by a design having distinctive features and on which long studies were made in order to gain maximum front line and to be positioned on the land in the most suitable way. This unique front line design while bringing the project to a different and striking position amongst the high-rise buildings designed up until now was also helpful in protecting from the unfavorable effects of the varying weather conditions by way of providing a secondary internal wall to the structure. The project located in this region of Istanbul Asian continent that is open to change was designed to respond to high living standards via its mixed usage including also businesses such as social facilities, relaxation spaces, boutiques, dry cleaning, restaurants, and market as well as being a residence. Transportation was dealt with initially, both contributing to developing the region and also using the future potential of the land effectively became one of the targets of the design. Two blocks rising on the ground floor with mixed usage resulted in a unique design, which will leave a mark to the future through also support of the technological equipment. The emergent unique living center NEWADA proved to be deserving of praise.
