PRODUCT DETAILS The HS-1607SD is a small, easy to operate, bench top steam sterilizer with a 7 litre capacity stainless steel chamber. This model is ideal for small laboratories or health care facilities such as dental surgeries which may have instruments or other items requiring sterilization. This model features five pre-set sterilization cycles which can be easily selected by pressing the prog button located on the front panel. Each cycle is performed automatically (heating, sterilizing and venting) and a signal sounds to alert the user that the cycle has completed. The front panel has an LED display to show the current working temperature and error code number should an error occur during operation. User safety is ensured with a door lock system, safety pressure valve and an overheat protection device. These sterilizers also have a special purpose cycle program for this process. This sterilizer has obtained a CE certificate by passing all tests regulated by EU standards.
PRODUCT DETAILS The two larger S Class models available are the HS-2321SD and HS-3041SD. These bench top steam sterilizer have a 21.5L and 40.5L capacity stainless steel chamber, holding two stainless steel trays for the easy storage of items needing to be sterilized. These units are very well engineered and have been approved by the TGA for safe use throughout Australia. An easy to use control panel located on the front of the unit allows users to change programs, view the drying phase, turn the unit on and off as well as indicators to show the cycle progress and water level. Five pre-set cycle programs are also supplied which have commonly used cycle times and temperatures. These models have a safety door lock which prevents the door from being opened during operation and prevents cycles from starting should the door be left open. An inbuilt safety valve helps protect the chamber should it exceed the standard pressure rating. These models provide effective sterilization of hard to sterilize items such as hollow tubes, endoscopes and sponges. A powerful air removal system ensures Hollow Load Tests are completed in accordance with strict European Standards.
PRODUCT DETAILS The BD series autoclave is designed for economical efficiency but can still sterilize all your medical instruments and devices efficiently. The process firstly removes all air from the chamber then filling with steam which allows the steam to then penetrate and sterilize effectively. The sterilizing cycles have a unique drying process so the load is dried under vacuum and ensures the entire process complies with international standard procedures. This model is equipped with a printer which prints out all important reference data. The two models avaialble are 21.5L and a large 40.5 litre capacity chamber manufactured from 316 stainless steel, holding two stainless steel trays. Five pre-set cycle programs plus the Bowie- Dick/Helix Test are available all selectable via the front controller. This model has been approved by the TGA for safe use throughout Australia.
