Panteão Nacional Igreja de Santa Engrácia Lisboa 11
Panteão Nacional Igreja de Santa Engrácia PRESENTATION Standing proudly overlooking Lisbon s historical area and the River Tagus, the National Pantheon is one of the city s great landmarks. The construction of the present-day building, originally intended to be a church dedicated to St. Encratis, began in 1682, but the works were only completed in the mid-20th century, even though the original baroque project still continued to be adhered to.
