Eligibility Criteria Candidate must have MBBS with P.G Diploma in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management / Public Health Management from a recognized Institution / University. Candidate must have Master Degree in Hospital and Health Management / Hospital Administration from a recognized Institution / University with minimum 60% marks. Candidates having required qualification as per (i) or (ii) above must have 5 years post qualification experience in hospital management / quality management, out of which 3 years should be in Hospital certification i.e - NABH, NABL, ISO etc. (i) Candidate must have Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management / 2 years P.G. Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized Institution / University with minimum 60% marks. (ii)candidate must have Masters / PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation / HR Management / Personnel Management / Personnel Management & HRD from a recognized Institution / University with minimum 60% marks. Candidate having required qualification as per (i) or (ii) above must have at least 5 years post qualification experience which must include direct involvement at the managerial level in HR management, such as, HR planning & mapping in the context of organizational design and development, recruitment & selection, development & management of performance management system, motivation & mentoring, performance appraisal, contract management & renewal of contracts, statutory provisions relating to HR including that of outsourced staff, grievance handling & conflict management etc. in Govt. / Govt. aided agencies / reputed private organizations.

(i) Candidate must have Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management / 2 years P.G. Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized Institution / University with minimum 60% marks. (ii)candidate must have Masters / PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation / HR Management / Personnel Management / Personnel 03 Management upto 40 Management & HRD from a recognized Institution / Rs.44,000 /- + P.I. Consultant-HR years University with minimum 60% marks. Candidate having required qualification as per (i) or (ii) must have at least 2 years of post qualification experience in HR planning & mapping, recruitment & selection, performance management system, performance appraisal system, contract management & renewal, statutory provisions relating to HR, grievance handling & conflict management in Govt. / Govt. aided agencies / reputed private organizations in managing HR & Administration. i. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position. ii. The experience certificate submitted by the candidate must clearly exhibit the candidate s experience in the required fields as mentioned in the advertisement will be evaluated in the scrutiny. The candidate is also required to fill in the columns as in the application form in details in support of his/her experience. The application forms of the candidates not fulfilling the requisite experiences as per the advertisement shall be rejected. iv. The applications received for all the posts will be scrutinized and the database will be uploaded in the above official website for invitation of objection. Candidates are required to visit official website:- www.nrhmorissa.gov.in at regular intervals for any notification, updates (objection invitation / different tests notices), results etc. relating to recruitment. v. Candidates will be selected on the basis of selection process as applicable. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for participation in the selection process. vi. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer (appointing authority) at the time of submission of application. NOC issued by any other authority other than appointing authority will not be accepted. vii. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are to apply online through the above said website. Online application form will be available from 5.09.205 to 30.09.205 till.59 P.M. System generated application duly signed by the candidate along with self attested copies of all supportive documents shall however be sent to the Mission Directorate (NHM), Annex Building of SIH&FW, Nayapalli, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar-7502, District-Khordha (Odisha) so as to reach us on or before 08.0.205 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly name of the post applied for. viii. In case the marks obtained are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted at the time of submission of application form. Certification towards AICTE recognition of institutions shall also be submitted at the time of submission of application form, wherever applicable. ix. Over aged, under qualification and short of requisite percentage of marks in the prescribed age and educational qualification shall be rejected. x. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected. Non submission of certificate/documents along with the online application shall be liable for rejection.

xi. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply. xii. This office will not be held responsible for any postal delay. No application will be entertained after dt 08.0.205 (5.00 P.M.). No personal correspondence / queries will be entertained. The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post / s in other programmes under NHM ambit with same educational qualification and same remuneration, as will be decided by the Society. xiv. He/She shall be responsible for preparation of agenda for EC & GB on HR issues. 9. He/She shall be responsible for preparation & presentation of RTI replies & draft PWCs in matter relating to HR issues. 0.
