INSTITUTION RESPONSIBILITIES Any links that are accessed by your users will need to be updated with your hosted EZproxy prefix URL. You will need to consider all locations that contain links for your users to access databases and resources (including websites, catalogues, bookmarks and jump pages). IMPORTANT: We will give you the IP address of your new EZproxy Hosted server. Please register this IP address with the content providers listed in Section 1: Question 10 above. In order to achieve minimum disruption to database access, activation of IP addresses should be scheduled with the content providers to occur before activation of your new EZproxy service. Page 7
