The time limit is
eight years for those who had attended a post-graduate course, and may be extended for another year for every pregnancy. To qualify for payment of the scholarship, there is a limit set for total annual gross personal income of 15,000. Foreign candidates admitted without scholarship are exempted from tuition fees.
